The M/V Palau Aggressor II is a 32m long liveaboard with 9 staterooms carrying 18 passengers who can explore WWII wrecks, blue holes, and bottomless walls in Micronesia. Scuba diving with the Palau Aggressor II offers up to 5 dives each day, including night dives. All staterooms have a private bathroom, shower, storage, and individual climate control. Meals and snacks are available throughout the day and served either in the dining or outdoor lounging areas and include American options and local cuisine. Complimentary soft drinks, iced tea, beer, and wine can be enjoyed at the many lounging spots all over the boat. Guests can relax in the air-conditioned lounge and enjoy the sun deck with loungers or hammocks, deck chairs, active bar service, and a music player. On the dive deck, there is a dedicated camera table for large camera rigs, and the deck is also very spacious to store all the diving and safety equipment.
When traveling aboard the M/V Palau Aggressor II, the diving is done from a skiff with its captain and experienced dive leaders. The dive site itinerary includes Blue Corner, Blue Holes, Chandelier Caves, Denges passage, German Channel, and Ngedebus Coral Gardens. The divers can find grey reef sharks, white-tip reef sharks, manta rays, cuttlefish, Mandarin fish, Napolean Wrasses, swarms of Jellyfish, and WWII wrecks under the water. During February and March, the guests can find large schools of Moorish Idols, Unicorn Fish, and several species of Butterfly Fish. The boat crew encounters massive bait balls of scad all year round in and around Ulong and German Channel and on the reefs of Blue Corner and Siaes Corner.

Over Rated, Over Hyped, and Over Priced
I've been diving in southeast Asia for 20 yrs and have been on 7 live aboard diving trips in Thailand, Indonesia & The Philippines, along with 3 other divers in our group and we all agree this trip ranks 6th. Although I would rank the boat, food (outstanding) and crew (excellent but, there was not enough dive guides) very high the most important aspect is the Diving Experience which I would rate very low and under whelming relative to hype I read about Palau diving. There were 15 divers in our group with only 1 dive guide and 1 photographer. With only 1 skiff we all dived at the same time. This was by far the largest group I have ever experienced on a live aboard all diving together which was very crowded and we did not get much direction from the dive guides. In addition, we had divers of different degrees of experience and age some of which required personal attention. There were perhaps 3 marque dives but, most of them were average. In addition, we spent 2.5 dives in the port where we boarded the boat doing dives that were easily reachable by the port or shore dive shops which defeats the purpose of paying a premium price for a live aboard I assumed would take us to dive sights not easily accessible by shore. The evening before our last full day the boat returned to port where it refueled and restocked for the next trip while the skiff took us to dive sights near the port. I was very disappointed with the diving experience which was the most important part of the trip. I must note that although the crew was small they were very good. The boat safety policy & procedures, dive briefs, and activities were well done and I have to emphasize again the food was amazing.

Excellent service and great memory with Palau Aggressor
All the crews, including Captain Scott, Ernan, Hector, Joe, Editha as well as Chef Shea, provided the great services and food for us during the memorable dream. Besides, I'm really impressed with the highly sysmatic management of Palau Aggressor, which ran the diving trip pretty smoothly. I also enjoyed with the pure and lovely islands and ocean friends in Palau. If you still have no idea which liveaboard in Palau you want to experience, choose Palau Aggressor and you won't regret.

Fantatstic
The diving is fantastic. I did not spot a single piece of trash underwater (I usually dive in Asia and there trash is quite common unfortunately). The crew was working super hard to make the trip an enjoyable experience and even though we were not so lucky with the weather (it was pouring down for half of the trip) the trip was a very pleasant experience. A word concerning the diving. Due to Palau regulations you are not allowed to dive in buddy teams. Therefore the whole boat goes diving together and it gets super crowded underwater (we were 15 divers). This was a bit unexpected but on the other hand most of the dive sites don't really allow to split up the groups as there is the ONE point of interest. To compensate for that the crew made a great effort in scheduling or dive sites and times in such a way that we would be the only group on that particular site, i.e. avoiding the divers on the day boats. Overall a fantastic experience.

A fantastic trip with a professional and friendly crew (and great food!), a nice boat and of course awesome dives with lots of sharks and mantas
Blue corner and blue holes, orange beach and the dives around Peleliu. German channel was nice but I was surprised to see so many divers and the conditions to spot mantas were maybe not quite as good as in Komodo where I dived last summer. Great dives though, the only little disappointment was that the jellyfishes have apparently taken a big hit with El Nino and almost vanished from the lake; let's hope that they will recover and come back quickly!

- First the crew which was very friendly and professional, the boat, very well equipped and practical (skiff elevator), the food (Shea is a super cook!) and of course the diving sites
Great modern ship
Great organisation is highlight also. The day was prepared for 5 dives; time to eat sufficiently.

Great Trip
Excellent, (I've already booked the next one) eat-sleep-dive is definitely the motto. The crew were great as was the food and the 530am wake up coffee. The diving was the best I've done to date.
