M/V Andaman liveaboard is a 26mtr/85ft long steel-hulled vessel operating in beautiful Thailand. It has 6 cabins, all with air conditioning, and can accommodate up to 20 guests. Four of the cabins are double with two featuring their own ensuite bathrooms. The other two doubles and two dorm-style cabins use shared bathroom facilities. All cabins are located on the lower deck but feature sea-view windows in each one. The dive deck, where divers store gear and get ready for dives, is also located at the stern of the lower deck. On the middle deck is a spacious dining & meeting area, perfect for meals, dive briefings, and playing games. The upper deck has an open-air sun deck with mattresses and bean bags, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine. For those who prefer some shade, there is a shaded canopy with table and seating areas beneath.

Andaman liveaboard runs 3, 4 & 7-night itineraries to some of the top spots in the Andaman sea. Lots of food - local and western. Very generous portions and have left over for each meal. Excellent dive briefing - showing pictures of marine life excepted. Detail written log provided after each dive. Created platform to share pictures. Saw whaleshark at Richelieu Rock. Many marine life such as octopus, shrimps, crabs, lobsters, sponge snail, nudibranch, barracuda, jack fish, bat fish, etc. Marvelous discount for repeating customers.

Well thought-out, humorous and yet professional.
When a whale shark was spotted at Richelieu Rock, the crew immediately changed our plans and we made the next dive there. And yay, we actually saw him!!The boat was well thought out and offered good retreats and mega comfortable chillout zones even when fully occupied.The crew was humorous, but professional through and through.

All the best parts of summer camp, and great diving!
This boat brought back all the fun parts of going away to summer camp. Sleeping in bunks, making friends with other divers, and having fun together while diving 2-4 times a day. This is not a luxury yacht experience with a hot tub, or jet skis, but the vibes onboard are immaculate👌 and I would choose this boat over a luxury yacht anytime. Good hearty food is prepared to fuel you, at homey family style meals, and hardworking crew and guides make sure you are prepared and safe for every dive. I cannot stress enough how fantastic the crew are. Even though it wasn't a luxury boat, the crew's service was absolutely first class. Diving is excellent. Lots to see and the guides find cool stuff to show you. I would highly recommend and will be going again.

Harmonious, familiar liveaboard with a great mix of experienced dive guides & boat crew as well as involvement of all guests!!
- Dives at Richelieu Rock were spectacular, especially the fact that the most experienced diving group with PSak dived into the strong current again at the end (where most of the fish were, of course)
Recommended for
Dive guides all very competent and great mix; good harmony and family atmosphere among each other (very authentic and not artificial) and also with the guests. Boat crew is also very competent and has everything under control (especially the top kitchen). very good mix of fun diving and attention to all safety aspects with a great supervisor Lucinda.

High school class trip vibes, in a very good sense – just the right balance of professionalism, reasonable limits, and plenty of fun. Seamless organization, great divers, excellent boat and crew. The food and really affordable drink options on board are worth a special mention too. Also really lucky with the lack of early season crowds and nice weather. Dive sites are not all world class but it's been a nice build up to the absolute highlight: Richelieu Rock.

Apart from the somewhat risky boarding with the nanny, everything was great. The rhythm of 4-4-3-2 is certainly sustained but, all in all, after the fact, quite easily put into the movement without being exhausted. The boat is certainly not of the latest generation but it is perfectly suited for this type of diving cruise. The upper deck is perfect for resting. The cabin with berths 7 & 8 was big enough to be comfortable (you just need to provide a few small hooks on the walls to hang clothes), the bedding firm but large for two people. The dining and briefing area is large enough not to be crowded in, soft drinks are offered and the others at a reasonable enough price not to deprive yourself of them. The dives are very well organized in several groups with staggered departures so as not to be crowded on the wet departure deck. It was our first diving cruise and we will do it again.

This liveaboard was the highligt of our trip to Thailand
Beside the amazing staff and the people onboard we saw a lot of corals and different colorful fish and slogs. We will definitely do a Liveaboard in the Similan islands again!

The staff from Sea Dragon was beyond amazing and we had the best group with such lovely different people from all over the world. The best thing though was the cook Pi Oi 🩷 She cooked the most delicious food and was so funny at the barbecue (which became an actual party).

The boat crew was amazing. They help you with everything and keep the boat really clean! The guides are great fun people and take very good care of you. Eveything was organised so well! This was my first live-aboard but I would definately go with them again. Oh, and did I mention the food? The one woman cooked for 20 people and everything tasted so good!!

Just great!
Just a great liveaboard with a great crew and great atmosphere! We had one of the two ensuite cabins and were completely satisfied. It was three trips as a total booking with changing guides and passengers, but it did not detract from the mood and the feel-good character. We would especially like to mention our guides Enya and Champ - just great! Absolute recommendation, we will be back!

This was a great trip. The boat had everything needed to have a nice dive trip. The dive guides were all great and went out of their way to make sure we all had a good time. Ori was a great guide. The sites themselves all had a lot to see, I saw many animals I had never seen before.

Top for scuba diving
A very nice trip with the possibility of seeing some unique specimens (pink and orange jellyfish, group of "flashing" cuttlefish, a huge barracuda, a shark to swim with for a quarter of an hour).Boat very suitable for scuba diving, unfortunately less for snorkeling (which was my case) because dives on remarkable spots but unsuitable and dangerous for snorkeling (for example Richelieu Rock).The crew agreed to travel extra kilometres to return to places where the planned dives had not initially been able to take place due to too much swell.

Super fun liveaboard for solo travellers!
My stay on the MV Andaman was absolutely wonderful, the boat facilities were fantastic and I’d definitely do the experience again! Even though we had quite low visibility, the company I shared and the vibe on the boat very much made up for it.
