Highlights
The Emperor Superior, a member of the Emperor Fleet of liveaboards, offers fantastic year-round diving in the Egyptian Red Sea. She caters to 26 guests in 13 staterooms with four different cabin options. All cabins have a private ensuite bathroom, individually controlled AC, storage space, and two towels per guest. The spacious air-conditioned salon with an entertainment system and dining room serves freshly prepared cuisine throughout the day. There is also an al-fresco lounge at the front of the main deck, perfect for dolphin spotting or enjoying a drink with fellow divers at the end of the day. Two sundecks with loungers mean ample space for all guests to relax between dives.

Great trip with excellent service
We were unfortunate to have high winds during our trip however, the dive sites were managed to give us the best experience whilst maintaining a high level of safety. The crew and dive guides are excellent and were very attentive. We had a good choice of food throughout the week and the birthday cake was appreciated. The cabins are basic and feel dated however, they are functional with ensuite bathroom facilities. When we arrived we had a very thorough safety briefing which is reassuring and an evacuation plan was practiced in the event of an emergency. Emperor gave us free Egyptian data sims for use on board which was a nice touch. The support staff in the office were very prompt at responding to emails and communication was excellent. I have dived with Emperor previously and would recommend the company without hesitation.

Overall a great week
My first liveaboard and definitely not my last. Would certainly consider Emperor and this boat again. Crew and guides are obviously experienced and super professional, the entire experience ran like clockwork. When the weather or conditions affected our plans, suitable alternatives were identified quickly. 21 dives offered. Outstanding corals and marine life, but very few big fish on Wrecks and Reefs tour. Many sites were very crowded, which I wasn't ready for. My accommodation was very good and well worth the additional cost, but some was cramped. Overall very good value.

A really fun adventure- I’d highly recommend it!
Not having dove for a while, I found the the dive guides very patient and helpful- they helped get my diving skills back up to par quickly. Diving and interacting with a pod of dolphins was amazing, as was exploring many of the wrecks. A superb trip!

Best all around dive experience
Encountering dolphins, twice. Meeting new divers from all over the world. Diving on some of the most amazing wrecks in the Red Sea. Getting to dive the sites before any of the day-boats got there was always a huge plus. The crew had all of the locations very well planned out.

Great wrecks (Rosalie Moller, Thistlegorm, Carnatic and more), wonderful reefs, great food with a chef taking in consideration dietary restrictions, dedicated crew.

Simply Great
Fantastic trip. The experience was made easy by the staff, crew and dive guides. The boat was only half full so we got a very personal experience onboard! The dives were great and I'll definitely return to the Red Sea!

Excellent liveaboard with great dives
We booked the reef and wreck tour, the itinerary was varied and interesting with plenty to see. The crew and dive guides were all welcoming and made the boat feel like your home for the week. We dived in March and most guest on board were surprised how cold the water was, 18 to 20 degrees. We were supplied with 7mm wetsuits and were consistently cold after dives in the north Red Sea, recommend additional insulation if susceptible to cold.

Emperor Superior
Just wow. Could not fault anything. Hany and Hassan are both excellent dive guides and really friend onboard. All of the crew from deckhands to chefs to salon crew to engineers and captain were also very happy, friendly and helpful. The room was kept clean and tidy. The food was varied and delicious. All dive briefs were clear and easy to understand, you felt very safe on all dives. I would definitely recommend to dive on the Emperor Superior, and I’ll definitely dive with Emperor Divers again.
