Highlights
The Carpe Novo is the largest yacht of the Carpe Diem fleet offering year-round diving in the Maldives. 12 comfortable cabins spread over 3 decks cater to 22 guests onboard. The Junior Suites, located on the upper deck, have double or twin beds and ocean views. The 6 standard cabins located on the lower deck have either one queen-size bed and a single bed or two single beds. There are also two single suites located on the main deck, ideal for solo travelers. Also on the main deck is the large air-conditioned salon with panoramic views, flat screen TV, entertainment system and library. The upper deck serves freshly prepared dishes at the al-fresco dining table so guests can enjoy the stunning views and sea air. The sun deck has plenty of padded loungers and a partially shaded seating area for tanning in between dives or enjoying a sunset cocktail.
Itineraries on Carpe Novo cover some of the Maldives' best dive sites. The classical routes are 7-10 nights long and explore the Male, Ari, Vaavu and Rasdhoo atolls to name a few. The Deep South trips are for more experienced divers who will be rewarded with hammerhead encounters and thrilling channel diving. Diving takes place from the dedicated dive dhoni (boat) which is fully equipped to give divers all the space they need for kitting up, gear storage, and rinsing. There is also a dedicated camera room with charging ports and a dry area for changing batteries and memory cards, so you don't miss out on the action.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!!!
I can’t praise the Carpe Novo crew enough, They worked so hard to make sure we had a fantastic dive trip and made my year by finding a Whale Shark. The boat is very comfortable and the food is excellent! I was super sad to have to leave after a week of world class diving. Thank you to the Carpe Novo team.

Mantas, mantas, mantas!!
Was excellent in every regard. Food was always very good and the cabins were cleaned multiple times a day. Diving was excellent, guides know the best spots and how to tackle them to get the best experience. E.g. night dive in feshdoo lagoon with many mantas, cleaning station, whalesharks in the night etc. Had the best manta encounters in my life - thank you very much!!

Amazing experience so many sharks 🦈❤️
Seeing big groups of sharks and mantas super close feeding for ages. A great group of like minded divers. Excellent dive guides and lovely crew with superb knowledge. Boat was luxurious and spotlessly clean . The food was also great . Fantastic experience . We will be back xx

A great diving trip. I signed up last minute and had an experience exceeding expectation. Met wonderful fellow divers and the dive guides are also very professional and helpful. Everything is well organized and the room is quiet spacious for a boat.

Such an amazing liveaboard experience
As it was my First liveaboard experience, I did not know what to expect. I have had such an amazing time. Everything is so well organised. The service is similar to being in a five star hotel. My fellow divers were so friendly. Crew is always trying to make you happy. I will definitely recommend and come back!

Carpe Novo - I would book again
- admired a lot of very different underwater life (thanks to Dinah, who knew the dive sites very well and showed us a lot); due to the changeable weather and hardly any current, fewer big fish were to be seen; However, it was well balanced - relaxed time on board - the crew has a lot of things under control and also takes care of the wishes of the guests quite well- the ship offered a lot of space (unlike on many other boats I've been on) - Food was very good and varied enough for me
