The 43m MY Blue offers year-round dive safaris to the best of the Egyptian Red Sea. She was built with modern amenities to offer comfort, luxury, and space for 24 guests onboard. There are 12 cabins to choose from, including 7 twin cabins on the lower deck, 4 sea view cabins with either twin or double beds, and 1 master cabin with a double bed. All cabins have a separate bathroom, shower, toilet, hairdryer, TV / DVD combo, individually controlled air conditioning, safety deposit box, and storage space. Social areas include the modern salon with an entertainment system and dining area where 3 freshly prepared meals a day will be served, along with assorted snacks between dives, soft drinks, water, tea, and coffee.

MY Blue departs from Port Ghalib or Hurghada to reach some of the best destinations in the Red Sea, including the Northern Wrecks and Reefs, Thistlegorm, and Abu Nuhas as down to the iconic Southern Marine Parks of Rocky, Zabargad, Daedalus and Brothers. Offering up to 21 dives per week, this Red Sea Dive Liveaboard is not to be missed aboard the MY Blue. There is a spacious dive deck at the back of the boat and tenders for ease of getting to and from the dive sites. Nitrox is available free of charge for those certified.

Wrecks, Dolphins and more on an outstanding boat
The highlight was an encounter with a group of 20+ dolphins. Unforgettable! The crew anticipated my wishes before I even knew about them 😎. The diving was perfectly organized and we saw lots of marine life and dived 4 different wrecks. Definitely one of my best diving trips.

The organization was excellent from start to finish – everything went professionally, relaxed and smoothly.The crew was incredibly friendly, helpful and always had a smile on their faces. You felt welcome and in good hands from the first moment. The guides were also top: safe, competent and with a lot of passion. They have selected great dive sites and given us wonderful experiences underwater.The boat was clean, well maintained and had enough space to relax. The food was varied and good – even between the dives, the physical well-being was always taken care of.The dives themselves were the absolute highlight: coral reefs, biodiversity and perfect conditions. A fabulous week !
A terrific week with only 10 guests on a boat that can accommodate 24 guests. The boat is brand new and perfectly maintained by the crew. The cabins are spacious and cleaned 3 times per day. Very friendly and always helpful crew, fantastic dives with great dive masters (3 or 4 dives per day). The food is delicious, very diversified and healthy. A fantastic week !

By far one of the best liveaboards I have been on
This was by far one of the best experiences on a liveaboard. The dive guides are super friendly and highly experienced. The crew on the boat is extremely helpful and made sure everyone onboard was taken care of at all times even in the middle of the night. Lastly, the quality of the boat and cabins was superior. I would highly recommend this boat. Special thanks to Hussein (my dive guide), Maradona, Haitham, Darwish and Abu Salah (salon manager). Can’t wait to sail again on this boat.

Fantastic Crew and Well Thought out
The dive locations were incredible with the incredible wall, swim through and deep blue diving. The team planned the route and schedules around other touring companies to ensure minimal divers were in the water at one time. The staff were excellent and impressionable. You will always be welcomed by a new towel folded animal after every dive! Lastly, on the last day you come into the harbour and spend the night within the harbour before you depart. This was really helpful as it provided a good opportunity to bond with you, your boat and neighbouring boats the last night. Highly recommend My Blue for your next Egyptian dive safari.

Super trip, with a nice crew and beautiful dives!
We had a great trip. The crew does everything they can to give you a pleasant experience. For example, we got nice towel animals in your room twice a day. The food is superb, plenty of choice and they try to take everyone into account. For the BBQ evening, there was even more unpacking. Dive sites were superb. Quiet locations, with not too many divers. Unfortunately we saw few sharks due to the high temperatures, but that didn't make the experience any less fun.Thanks for the nice holiday!

Great week on a great boat
Seeing oceanic whitetips up close, and i mean CLOSE! The Blue boat is the nicest in the Blue Planet fleet, and easily the nicest of all the Egyptian Red Sea competitors that I could see. Dive guides were superb, and everything was taken care of to the smallest detail. Highly recommended. My only wish is that I had gone during peak season as we didn't see many hammerheads.

Great luxury experience

Great trip and boat!
Fantastic trip to Elphinstone, Daedalus and Fury Shoals with awesome guides, crew & boat! Food and Service were outstanding (the best I had in Egypt!). I also loved all the small details this boat offers for a comfortable dive trip. At Daedalus they made sure that we are the first divers to enter the water to see Hammerhead sharks. Dive spots and times were chosen, so that there are not to many other divers around. Great job!

Totally loved it!
It was an awesome liveaboard. We had so much fun going to St. John’s reef. The crew members were super friendly and professional. Rooms were very clean and everyday housekeeping would make up your bed and clean all around. I have to say that we were also very well fed, every meal was special and delicious. The chef made sure we ate well, and dive masters made sure we dove well and safe. The debriefing was very professional and SMBs were required by every diver. They also provided gps locator for emergency and nitrox free of charge. Highly recommend this liveaboard and I would definitely dive with them again in the future.

First the off the boat and crew are top notch, anything you wanted or needed they did for you immediately. The diving itself was amazing but challenging, but as is usually the case it was also well worth the effort. We saw Hammerhead Sharks in a school of 15-20 and it was up close and an amazing experience. Going to the lighthouse on Daedalus Island was a nice break from being on the water. The kitchen staff and the food were both amazing, but the best part was the dive guides who kept you well informed and safe at all times. They also know all the best places to dive for the big stuff which needless to say is very helpful. Lastly we were fortunate to have a very friendly group of people (friends now) who helped make the trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this boat and crew as well as blue planet Liveaboard’s we will definitely be going back.

Fantastic liveaboard in the Red Sea at a fair price
I was on a liveaboard in the Red Sea with my brother for the first time.We were delighted with the quality of the M.V. Blue, there was more than enough space for the 22 guests. The service was outstanding, everything was thought of and all crew members were very courteous, attentive and extremely friendly throughout.Special highlights on our tour were the sightings of Longimanus, dolphins, octopus and turtles underwater while diving.Thank you!
