Great service made the trip so enjoyable
Great service from the crews in ensuring all dives go smoothly. Juan, our dive guide, is experienced, patience and top-notch in guiding us, especially when we experienced unexpected strong drift current, up-current, and down-current, even as we got split up because of the current. He managed to find all the macros on our wishlist. We are well fed by the kitchen and food crew. Room cleanliness was also well maintained.

A great week aboard a recent boat and with all the essentials to feel at home. Very professional and caring crew. The only downside is the last 2 dives of the trip, more mainstream and close to Sorong, surprising for this type of trip

Exceptional Crew and Dive Guides: The crew are professional, friendly, enthusiastic, and extremely competent. The cruise director (like Evan or Cedric) delivering the highest-quality dive briefings and creating a fantastic itinerary. Guides are excellent at spotting everything from tiny pygmy seahorses to mantas. Spacious and Comfortable Vessel: Blue Manta is spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Cabins are large, air conditioning, and private bathrooms. Amenities include a dedicated camera room, charging stations, and even massage services. Outstanding Food and Service: The food receives high marks, a delicious mix of Indonesian and Western cuisine, and free-flowing soft drinks. The crew provides attentive service, including handling gear, hot showers after dives, and warm ginger tea or snacks. World-Class Diving: The diving is spectacular, with clear, warm water and abundant marine life. Highlights include sightings of mantas, sharks, turtles, and incredible macro life.

Wonderful liveaboard in the Banda Sea!
The liveaboard with Blue Manta was very good! Everything was well organized, the good organization of the dives, friendliness and helpfulness of the crew, spacious and comfortable ship, good cruise leader Evan should be highlighted.Spacious dive deck with personal space per diver. The crew members carried our BCD with diving tank to the dinghies, careful handling of the cameras. Dive guides responded to group requests and are very experienced.Large sun deck with plenty of shade. The ship was very stable, also very suitable for longer crossings.Food was good, but can be a bit more varied on an 11-day tour. Vegetarian option was offered.

Absolutely fantastic!!
The dive trip was an absolutely wonderful experience and highly recommended. The Blue Manta crew were very professional, knowledgeable about the dives sites and very helpful with dive related questions. Evan, the lead, was fantastic and kept the trip running smoothly. PJ the photographer sent us home with a beautiful video ofthe trip. Highly recommended!!

Great trip to Banda Sea
I had an incredible time on board! The dive guides were highly experienced and knew the area extremely well, making every dive both safe and exciting. The boat was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. My cabin had plenty of room, and the daily housekeeping made the stay even more enjoyable. The entire crew was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The food was great, fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious at every meal. Thanks to the large steel hull, the boat remained stable even in rougher seas, making the journey smooth and comfortable throughout. Between dives, there were plenty of places to relax, whether on the sun deck or in the cozy lounge. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I’d highly recommend to any diver looking for a well-organized and memorable trip!

Best Dive - Liveaboard experience
Komodo has a great range of diving experience, Blue Manta is a purpose built boat for diving. The setup is so good, makes each dive feel so relaxing from dive brief to finish. The staff on the boat are superb, they do a good job looking after all the divers during dive an on the boat.

Great cruise, everything was great! The magnificent dives, with both big (a little) and small, and an extraordinary environment. The dives are done in small groups (4 or 5) which is appreciated. The boat is really comfortable (even in the lower deck cabins), and the sun deck with its large double beds sheltered from the sun is really great. All the staff was very caring, the food very good and the organization impressive. The few excursions to "land" (a village, a lagoon...) were great too. In short, the dream.
