The Blue Manta Liveaboard has 14 beautifully furnished cabins. Each cabin measures a spacious 20sqm and has en-suite bathrooms and individually controlled air-conditioning. With 3 chefs aboard the Blue Manta Liveaboard serving no less than 5 meals per day, meal times are taken seriously, with the day starting with freshly baked bread. The Blue Manta is an underwater photographer's dream with individual camera rinse tanks, an indoor camera room, blow-dry stations, and small dive groups (4:1) so photographers can take their time and capture the beauty of the underwater world in these amazing dive sites of Indonesia.

Unforgettable dive trip
Exceptional Crew and Dive Guides: The crew are professional, friendly, enthusiastic, and extremely competent. The cruise director (like Evan or Cedric) delivering the highest-quality dive briefings and creating a fantastic itinerary. Guides are excellent at spotting everything from tiny pygmy seahorses to mantas. Spacious and Comfortable Vessel: Blue Manta is spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Cabins are large, air conditioning, and private bathrooms. Amenities include a dedicated camera room, charging stations, and even massage services. Outstanding Food and Service: The food receives high marks, a delicious mix of Indonesian and Western cuisine, and free-flowing soft drinks. The crew provides attentive service, including handling gear, hot showers after dives, and warm ginger tea or snacks. Great service made the trip so enjoyable
Great service from the crews in ensuring all dives go smoothly. Juan, our dive guide, is experienced, patience and top-notch in guiding us, especially when we experienced unexpected strong drift current, up-current, and down-current, even as we got split up because of the current. He managed to find all the macros on our wishlist. We are well fed by the kitchen and food crew. Room cleanliness was also well maintained.

Wonderful liveaboard in the Banda Sea!
The liveaboard with Blue Manta was very good! Everything was well organized, the good organization of the dives, friendliness and helpfulness of the crew, spacious and comfortable ship, good cruise leader Evan should be highlighted.Spacious dive deck with personal space per diver. The crew members carried our BCD with diving tank to the dinghies, careful handling of the cameras. Dive guides responded to group requests and are very experienced.Large sun deck with plenty of shade. The ship was very stable, also very suitable for longer crossings.Food was good, but can be a bit more varied on an 11-day tour. Vegetarian option was offered.

Great trip to Banda Sea
I had an incredible time on board! The dive guides were highly experienced and knew the area extremely well, making every dive both safe and exciting. The boat was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. My cabin had plenty of room, and the daily housekeeping made the stay even more enjoyable. The entire crew was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The food was great, fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious at every meal. Thanks to the large steel hull, the boat remained stable even in rougher seas, making the journey smooth and comfortable throughout. Between dives, there were plenty of places to relax, whether on the sun deck or in the cozy lounge. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I’d highly recommend to any diver looking for a well-organized and memorable trip!

Exactly as expected and more!
I loved that the water was so warm and dives were 60 minutes long! Egoi was an amazing trip leader...very knowledgeable and responsible...funny and professional. I was hanging out in the camera room a lot with PJ (the videographer) and I had a blast in there! I am vegan and they were able to accommodate me which was unexpected and delicious! The boat is so big and comfortable...I never got sea sick and the crew is just amazing :)

A great diving trip with great crew
I went to Raja Ampat by Blue Manta . The diving experience was amazing and the staff was very friendly and took care of your requests. The diving groups are relatively small (groups of 4 unless requested otherwise). The boat is also very comfortable and you don’t feel cramped. The boat is getting old and needs some TLC but it is extremely comfortable. The food is mostly local and I find it a bit high in carb.

Overall one of the best experiences
Overall very good experience. Very experienced dive guides and friendly crew. Dives are well planned and the food (esp. the bbq night) was amazing. Room is spacious and clean.
