The Blue Manta Liveaboard has 14 beautifully furnished cabins. Each cabin measures a spacious 20sqm and has en-suite bathrooms and individually controlled air-conditioning. With 3 chefs aboard the Blue Manta Liveaboard serving no less than 5 meals per day, meal times are taken seriously, with the day starting with freshly baked bread. The Blue Manta is an underwater photographer's dream with individual camera rinse tanks, an indoor camera room, blow-dry stations, and small dive groups (4:1) so photographers can take their time and capture the beauty of the underwater world in these amazing dive sites of Indonesia.

Absolutely fantastic!!
The dive trip was an absolutely wonderful experience and highly recommended. The Blue Manta crew were very professional, knowledgeable about the dives sites and very helpful with dive related questions. Evan, the lead, was fantastic and kept the trip running smoothly. Returning to the Blue Manta for a second dive trip felt like coming home. The crew’s professionalism and thoughtfulness shone through in every interaction, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and well-managed. From the start, the familiar melody that greeted us each morning set an uplifting tone for the day, preparing us for the wonderful dives ahead. The diving experiences were, as always, absolutely incredible. Each dive offered a unique encounter with stunning underwater vistas and vibrant marine life, all made more profound by the crew's unwavering respect for the ocean. A particularly heartwarming highlight was celebrating a fellow diver's birthday—where a few dive masters, showcased their musical talents, transforming into a live band that brought warmth and joy to everyone aboard. Additionally, the BBQ night was not just delicious but also a fun and engaging event, enhancing the sense of community and enjoyment that defines the Blue Manta experience. These elements combined—the comforting routine, the expert and caring service, the spectacular dives, and the special celebrations—crafted an unforgettable journey that deepened my connection to this exceptional liveaboard. The best liveaboard experience I have had
Cabin size and always kept clean. Friendly helpful crew. The boat setup is great loved the showers at the back, the nice warm ginger tea at the end of each dive. Dive briefing very helpful. The crew really engage with the guests checking we are ok getting our import all the time. Small number in each dive group ( only 4 per dive guide is great ) Food was great diving was great the whole experience was one to remember and Sarah and I are coming back.

Exceptional Crew and Dive Guides: The crew are professional, friendly, enthusiastic, and extremely competent. The cruise director (like Evan or Cedric) delivering the highest-quality dive briefings and creating a fantastic itinerary. Guides are excellent at spotting everything from tiny pygmy seahorses to mantas. Spacious and Comfortable Vessel: Blue Manta is spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Cabins are large, air conditioning, and private bathrooms. Amenities include a dedicated camera room, charging stations, and even massage services. Outstanding Food and Service: The food receives high marks, a delicious mix of Indonesian and Western cuisine, and free-flowing soft drinks. The crew provides attentive service, including handling gear, hot showers after dives, and warm ginger tea or snacks. World-Class Diving: The diving is spectacular, with clear, warm water and abundant marine life. Highlights include sightings of mantas, sharks, turtles, and incredible macro life.

A great diving trip with great crew
I went to Raja Ampat by Blue Manta . The diving experience was amazing and the staff was very friendly and took care of your requests. The diving groups are relatively small (groups of 4 unless requested otherwise). The boat is also very comfortable and you don’t feel cramped. The boat is getting old and needs some TLC but it is extremely comfortable. The food is mostly local and I find it a bit high in carb.
