The Agos boat is a traditional Philippino Banca offering budget liveaboard diving in the Philippines. Based in Coron, the Agos offers affordable dorm-style accommodation to explore the underwater beauty of Apo Reef and the wrecks of Coron to access dive sites not easily reached by land-based dive resorts. Built in 2019, 12-14 guests will be accommodated in single bunks or double beds. There is room for lounging in between dives, and freshly prepared Asian dishes will keep hungry divers satisfied throughout the day.
Itineraries aboard the Agos vary from 3 to 6 nights, and visit Apo Reef and Coron Wrecks. the marine park is known as the Crown Jewels of the Philippines and boasts crystal-clear water and incredible marine biodiversity. Home to over 450 species of coral and 300 species of fish, there is the chance to dive with manta rays, eagle rays, hammerhead sharks, schools of barracuda, giant trevally, and a whole host of macro critters. Perfect Liveaboard Trip
From the start of the liveaboard to the dives to the food, the liveaboard is a dream. The crew was super nice and always ready to help and provide information. The boat is simple but I personally found the liveaboard perfect for the Apo Reef. The food was very tasty and after every dive the chef conjured up something for the divers. All in all, I can recommend the liveaboard.

Memorable scuba trip at Apo Reef

Real diving with the nicest crew
The highlight was the combination of very friendly and funny crew members on a original Filipino Liveaboard which let you feel the sea and the stars 6 days very close with breathtaking wreck penetrations and lovely dives sites at apo reef. A experience Full of life, local stories, happy divers in a basic setting concerning material luxury-the luxury was to share the love for diving with the divers n diveguides. A lifetime experience for real divers.

Argos is an excellent way to dive the wrecks of Coron and dive Apo Reef on a budget. Food is good , accomodation - bunk style is clean and what you expect for a what you pay. The wrecks are great and
Apo reef - mantas , clown fish , barracuda’s, butterfly fish , turtles , Trev ally , bat fish , banded sea snake & wrecks of Coron - excellent diving on a budget.

Amazing crew from captain to helpers and fellow divers
The dives were catered for everyone, sharks, rays, crustacean, nudi etc but night dive, reef dive, wrecks etc. The crew of the boat, as well as us divers were so friendly. I also have a mention for Gerard, the owner. You can see from the top that that cruise is worth it. I vividly recommend it and hope that everyone will have the same luck that I had or even better

Real low cost but great experience.
If you manage you expectations, you are bound to have a great time. The dive suites are overused, but the regulators and BCD’s are in good conditions. The sleeping area have 8 bunk beds in one hall and stairs to double bed under the bow. I wish I was able to use the kayak. The food basic so do not expect anything special other than chicken, vegetables, pork, egg and rice.

Diving Apo Reef On A Budget
This liveaboard is a good choice if you want to dive the Apo reef on a budget and you’re flexible on comfort and schedule. Dive guides were good; I rented the complete equipment which was overall well maintained. Issues with a broken BCD were solved quickly. We did 11 dives, last one on day 4 at 3pm around Coron. Back at Coron at 6pm. Food was good, the vegetarian option was typically white rice and one choice of vegetable.
