The Situju7 is a 27-meter/88.6-foot-long traditional Phinisi that offers adventure cruises in the Komodo National Park area. The Situju7 accommodates 10 guests in 5 air-conditioned cabins with private bathrooms. The Master Suite has a double bed and a private terrace; the Junior Suite and the 2 Deluxe cabins have double beds, and 1 cabin has 2 bunk beds. The indoor lounge has an entertainment system, which doubles as a dining room, and an outdoor terrace with sofas on the main deck.

Adventure cruises aboard the Situju7 sail from Labuan Bajo; the itineraries can be 2, 3, or 4 days long. The first stop is Kalong Island, where guests can see millions of fruit bats at sunset. Next is Rinca Island, where guests can take a short hike to see the famous Komodo Dragon. Guests will snorkel in crystal-clear water and see manta rays, groupers, and other amazing creatures up close at the several stops the Situju7 makes along the journey.

Completely unforgettable!
My boyfriend and I spent amazing days on this boat. The room is super comfortable, warm bath and all amenities. The meals were delicious, and the chef took cues. The guide Noom was always helpful and knew the best places and times for each tour, as well as taking great photos! The whole team was wonderful and the experience unforgettable!

We had a wonderful trip on the Situju 7 around Komodo. Our Cruuse Director and Guide, Peter was fantastic. His expertise on snorkelling locations and the different kinds of fish was terrific and much appreciated. We were absolutely thrilled to experience so many beautiful underwater coral gardens- spectacular fish every colour imaginable, mantas, enormous turtles, beautiful clams and every location we saw different types of coral/marine life. We loved meeting real Komodo dragons in their natural habitat and we were surprised and delighted at all of the birds on Komodo Island. The Situju 7 crew were amazing - great food, comfortable clean cabin and always there to assist with anything we needed. (Even my daily early morning coffee cheerfully delivered…thanks Jason!) Thank you to our Captain for his skilled navigating and to all the crew for welcoming us so kindly to the Situju 7 family. Thank you. We miss you already!! Jenny & Michael

Setuju Tuju felt like a VIP experience teamed with the personal touch of the local catain and crew that made it a warm, authentic trip filled with all the wonder of the sights aboard a gorgeous boat.
Our cabin was amazing with its own private deck area. Every stop was filled with great snorkelling, walks and Komodo dragons lived up to their impressive reputation. The crew were all amazing and personable. Just being aboard the gorgeous Phenrsi Schooner was a delight as we enjoyed the many deck areas available from which to take in the unending island views.

Highly recommended to any intrepit traveller. Komodo NP is fully of stunning scenery below and above the waterline. Clear waters, stunning marine life, beautiful topography and sunset and sunrises.
We travel extensively and this is up there with the best. Seven snorkels, two hikes, komodo dragons and Pink Beach visit were all outstanding. Highlights are Pulau Padar, Pink Beach, Komodo dragons and snorkelling with manta rays. Great conversation with the crew, especially Nando who took great care about or safety and enjoyment when snorkelling. He takes great satisfaction and pride when doing this and it was an absolute pleasure to have met him.

Unforgettable, great cruise experience
We made an unforgettable trip on this cruise ship. The entire crew was very friendly, helpful and made it possible for us to have a great time in Komodo National Park. The snorkeling spots were very well chosen and we were very well looked after. The times to some excursion destinations were chosen after consultation with us in such a way that we were often with very few other tourists at these places; That was very pleasant. Our cabin was very spacious and nothing was missing. A big thank you again for this special experience. The booking through the LiveAboard team was also uncomplicated, in very friendly interaction and always with prompt answers to our questions.

Amazing Komodo Naitonal Park experience.
We travelled (2 friends) on the Situju7 during low season and were lucky to have a very quiet boat. The crew are excellent, they will do so much to make sure you enjoy your stay. Nando, our guide, was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and really good company. We were lucky with the weather and were taken to many great snorkeling spots, swimming with a group of at least 7 Manta Rays on one occassion. Other snorkeling highlights were reef sharks, a variety of turtles and the cast of Finding Nemo. We were treated to amazing sunsets, fly foxes emerging from their roost at sunset and some beautiful island backdrops to our sunrises. We had a great experience on Komodo Island itelf, and saw 4 dragons close up. I have been to over 60 countries and I can honestly say this was a top 3 holiday. The facilities on the boat are not luxury but very comfortable. The variety of food is great and the portions were much bigger than required. Thanks to Nando and the other crew members for making it a remarkable vacation.

Our highlights were snorkeling with manta’s and seeing the komodo’s, but the rest was also great. Many stops voor snorkeling, swimming and short trekkings to lookout points.

Trip of a lifetime!
We took a a gamble booking Situju at the end of the rainy season and it really paid off— we had the ship all to ourselves and didn’t experience any bad weather! Though it was VERY hot with little wind, we found reprieve with plenty of time in the cool water, seeing the best of the world’s marine and terrestrial biodiversity. Service, crew and guide were exceptional and took great care of us. They prioritized our safety and were extremely professional. They knew how to avoid the crowds at each of the dive and scenic spots, and were always willing to answer our many questions/curiosities— truly exceptional! Do not miss the opportunity to stay on Situju!

Experience of a lifetime - we will be back!
Our 3 day cruise was INCREDIBLE. The crew were amazing, the food was great, it was so brilliant to be able to be on a small boat with only 8 guests because it meant we had so much more support and attention for all the activities. We had 4 snorkelling sessions across 4 very different sites and saw mantas, sharks, tonnes of turtles, and even a mantis shrimp and just so many beautiful fish. The island stops were breathtaking and the morning walk up padar was amazing. The obvious highlight was seeing 5 absolutely massive komodo dragons - even though it's breeding season in September and they're not always spotted then. We will absolutely be back, the crew and experience were phenomenal, can't rate them highly enough. If you're looking for a luxury cruise this isn't for you, the boat is smallish and the cabins are just suited for sleeping, but the experience is top notch and you won't be in your cabin anyway because you'll be too busy enjoying everything else! 10/10 guys thank you again for everything - we had a ball!

Amazing experience!
Our guide Nando was fantastic, he was informative and attentive and ensured we had a brilliant time. The food was excellent and the crew was very friendly and hospitable. Excellent snorkelling, friendly crew!
We were introduced to a new world of snorkelling! Our cruise director Peter knew exactly where to go find giant Manta Rays, Turtles and other beautiful marine life. The rest of the crew were very friendly and welcoming and the chef worked tirelessly cooking local dishes for us. The boat was older than we expected and given the hot and humid weather, the availability of constant air conditioning would have been great. Otherwise we were very pleased with all of the wildlife we saw both on land and in the water.

Two nights is enough to see the region.
Perfect length and itinerary for average divers not wanting full week. Bali cabin was comfortable. Staff friendly. Boat is huge for privacy. Food was average ,but nobody got sick.

Highly recommended trip with lots of variety of excursions for snorkellers as well as divers
The trip was an amazing and much enjoyed experience. We were very well looked after by Nando, the tour lead who also took us snorkelling and ensured we stayed safe and relaxed on each occasion. His kindness and professionalism along with the other crew members was a highlight of the trip. The Bali suite was spacious with a big bed and lovely balcony/terrace but the one considerable downside was the noise of the second engine at night. This runs to maintain the aircon on the boat and sits behind the Bali cabin. We had bought ear plugs for the journey from the UK and without those would have had trouble sleeping. I think this needs to be highlighted given the cabin is promoted as the best on board. The snorkelling sites provided opportunity to see manta, turtles and lots of fish. We also encountered 5 dragons on Komodo plus sunset on the sand spit island and a swim on pink beach, all beautiful. So all in all a 10/10 experience only let down by the noisy cabin.

This was a cruise of a lifetime that most are only able to dream of.
I have taken many cruises in my lifetime especially considering I was a sailor in the US Navy. This was hands down the most scenic and fun trip that I have been on in all of my 55 years of life. The ship was beautiful, the crew were friendly and accommodating. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. Me and my wife will certainly be back.

The crew were fantastic and eager to please everyone onboard. The chef introduced us to food that I would normally not eat and he made me crave for more. They bend over backwards to answer all your questions and they take pride in their work.. The Bali Room was spacious with breathtaking views off the back of the ship. I highly recommend spending the extra money for this room. It is worth every penny.. The snorkeling was amazing and we were able to visit another island not on our schedule..
