Highlights
The luxurious Blue Force One yacht offers year-round diving liveaboard trips to the spectacular reefs of the Maldives. Built with divers’ needs in mind, the M/V Blue Force One has 10 modern cabins, including a Junior Suite, Master Cabin, and Master Suite. Each cabin has individually controlled AC, an en-suite bathroom, hairdryer, TV and safety deposit box, catering for up to 20 guests on board. Social areas include two outdoor Jacuzzis, three sun decks, an upper deck bar, a living room with huge armchairs and 65 inch TV and disco room. Guests are also welcome to take out stand-up-paddleboards, surfboards, and kayaks in their free time.
Divers will get the chance to explore the beautiful dive sites of the Maldives, including special trips at certain times of the year that will take divers ‘off the beaten track and experience pristine dive sites to the South. Manta Rays, Hammerheads, and Whale Sharks are common sightings. The Central Atolls route offers the most varied diving in the Maldives and explores North and South Male Atolls, Vaavu and Ari. The Blue Force One has a dedicated spacious 18m diving Dhoni which is fully equipped with rinse tanks, gear stations and nitrox compressor.

The dive trip of a lifetime
The staff on board are warm and friendly; Before diving into the island, marine life, dive sites and environmental ecology will be provided to have a further understanding of marine life; The underwater world is an unprecedented diving experience, dancing with manta, cruising with sharks, competing with nurse sharks for a place, and the fascinating underwater creatures attract me to visit again. The delicious meals provided by the chef on board will satisfy the energy replenishment after diving; and divers from all over the world gave full help and warmth; I was surprised that I was not only satisfied with eating, living, playing, and resting, but also met many good divers, which was an unforgettable memory for a lifetime

Best diving I have experienced.
Memory of a lifetime. It will be difficult to match this quality on future liveaboards. They put us at dive sites that maximized our exposure to amazing sea life. If you are going to Maldives book Blueforce One.

Fantastic!!!
This was my very first liveaboard and now I am addicted. Blue Force One is a beautiful well maintained yacht with fantastic crew who go above and beyond for the travelers. Yaki, the cruise director, was very professional and a great problem solver. Brian, our dive instructor, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to help me through a few hiccups with my equipment. Aron's smile was something I looked forward to every day when we transferred to the dhoni. Food was delicious and plentiful. Unfortunately, that caused me to gain 4 lb because it was so hard to resist :-) I would recommend this liveaboard to everyone who is looking to have an amazing diving experience and I cannot wait to go back!

Top-notch liveaboard experience
I had a fantastic trip aboard Blue Force One. Special kudos goes out to the cruise director and crew for fostering a really positive and energetic vibe the whole week. Everyone involved put in the work to make our onboard experience and dives very special. Ecology lessons throughout the week were an added bonus, teaching everyone how to dive safely and respectfully with the many sharks and rays we encountered throughout the trip. The ship itself is extremely comfortable and luxurious and the chefs and servers do a terrific job of keeping us fed with plenty of healthy and delicious food.

Would like to do this again
I had a great time on this trip and would recommend it for anyone looking to dive the Maldives. While the weather wasn’t on our side for most of the days, it didn’t seem to effect the diving much- just the sunbathing.

My favourite boat, of any fleet, in any location.
This is the second time I've been aboard Blue Force One (first time 2022) and again it has not disappointed. Considering the price point, it's value is probably best-in-class, with a superior experience to even the higher price fleets. The boat itself was extremely comfortable on all decks, for post dive and general relaxation. It felt more like an all-inclusive contemporary city break accomodation with all conveniences and hotel service. The food was varied and delicious. The staff kept the boat pristine throughout, with no noticeable fuss/intrusion. The dives were planned perfectly and the dive crew had an excellent knowledge of the sites and fauna, and were happy to impart their knowledge. Adjustments were made for conditions and likely sightings with opportunity for alternate activities for a dive break, such as kayaking. Nitrox was exactly the same value every time, although the dives are limited by Maldivian law to 30m so it didn't need to vary. If I had a small gripe and request, it'd be storage for clothing and bathroom items, underbed drawers and a lipped shelf in the bathroom would make the floors in the rooms feel less cluttered with personal items, but this did not detract at all. Overall, this is my favourite of all the liveaboards I've been on, of any fleet, and not just in the Maldives.

Five stars across the board
Snorkeling with whale sharks and dolphins at night off the back of the boat. Seeing schools of hundreds of grey reef sharks. Diving with very friendly nurse sharks. BBQ on a desert island on the last evening.
