Best adventure ever

Food was amazing, diving was amazing. Don't worry about the tight spaces, you'll too busy diving, eating or sleeping to notice. List of things to get the most out of your trip" 1. Get the sea-sickness patch prescription from your doctor, I did this an never got sick while others did. 2. Drink the rum punch and beer when the dives are over, make ALL THE FRIENDS 3. Come with no expectations! 4. Vote yes towards all the extra adventures and go on them! 5. MAKE ALL THE FRIENDS 6. Eat lots of delicious carbs lol

So much fun!

My buddy and I took a deep dive course and Ty, the instructor was very educational. I felt comfortable with it all and enjoyed learning what I did. Capt. Jen was so professional and skilled, and got us some great deals for places to go and see. Ariel, our cook, was attentive to my special needs and a lot of fun, too. Can't forget about Andrew and Sophie, who were invisible in doing what needed to be done, but were a lot of fun to spend time with. We lucked out with the entire boat of people.

An incredible dive trip at a great value

I just got back from my Blackbeard’s trip and I’m already trying to figure out when I can return. It’s an amazing ship with a passionate and knowledgeable crew. The other guests were excellent and it was easy to find a dive buddy for every dive. There were a lot of other solo travelers on my trip which was great to find as a fellow solo traveler. The food was outstanding! Ariel and Manuel did an excellent job preparing it. The dive sites were carefully planned by Chris and I was able to see sharks, turtles, stingrays, barracuda, eels, crabs, and so much more. The quarters are small but I found that that added to the charm of the trip and made all the guests get closer. Would highly recommend this trip to any diver! You’ll have lots of fun

Budget diving delivers

I was Super lucky, and I got upgraded to the Cat Ppalu boat from the Morning Star. I ended up having a private room which was Amazing. The Cat Ppalu is an 80-foot catamaran with a big indoor space to hang out. The outdoor space is limited due to the cargo nets as floor on two big sections on the bow. I visited the Morning Star bought a few times. This boat is for the younger divers and those that like to party. The galley is very small. There are six bunk beds a few feet from the galley. The folks on this boat had a really good time and were a tighter group than my group. All in All Blackbear's Fleet is a class act. The diving was surperb.

A very worthwhile dive cruise!

The well-organized and well-planned schedule gave me a sense of security, and the decisions made by captain, who put safety first, were very reliable. I especially have great memories of washing machine draft diving. And the shark feeding is also very impressive.

Diving the Bahamas on a pirate boat

Shark feed was spectacular! The small space available on the vessel makes conversation easier with other divers. I liked how the captain proposed different activities that were voted democratically among divers (bonfire, pig island...)
