The crew and dive guides of the Horizon III liveaboard are among the most experienced in the Maldives, boasting over 15 years of experience diving in the region. Great stay on Horizon 3
Had a fantastic week aboard. Everything was excellently planned and the organisation of both the boat and dive dhoni were great. Even when days didnt go to plan (weather, off season) the guides had great communication. The crew were definitely a highlight. The guides were friendly, funny and very well informed about the sites and the ecosystems. The interior crew were also fantastic. Boat common areas and cabins were well maintained. Food was very good and they made extra efforts to cater to dietary requirements and to set up a beautiful beach barbecue. We loved the opportunities to see wildlife right at the back of the boat, and the manta and shark dives the guides set up were fantastic. Dive groups were a little on the large size when we were there (6-7 in our group to one guide), but they normally have an extra guide on. The staff really made a lovely atmosphere aboard. Thank you so much!

Amazing Liveaboard Trip
We have spent a week on the Blue Horizon III as a couple. But you could also join the boat as a single traveler because you get to know so many people from all over the world. The diving was also very nice. We have been on different places and saw amazing things just line sharks, mantas, many many different fishes, octopus, scorpion fish and many many more. Between the dives and the food you can have a chat or take a good rest in your comfy room or somewhere else on the boat. We loved this week and would book a trip with the Horizon Blue again.

Aged but cozy boat
It’s an aged boat but still comfortable for stay and valued for the price. I stayed at the upper deck deluxe cabin. The aircon in the room is cool enough for comfortable sleep. 17 dives in total. I got to see all that I wanted to see except whale sharks. Dives guides are experienced and helpful.
