Winner of multiple awards, the Scubaspa Yang offers a true luxury diving experience in the Maldives. Up to 40 guests can be accommodated onboard in 10 cabins and 9 suites, of which there is a choice of queen, king, or twin bed configurations. One suite and one cabin can be converted into a triple to accommodate 3 guests. All cabins feature en-suite bathrooms and individually controlled air conditioning and the 9 suites located on the main deck all offer panoramic sea views.
The restaurant is located on the main deck and is where three buffet-style meals plus an a-la-carte menu are served. There is also an alfresco dining area at the rear of the main deck and there will be the opportunity to enjoy a BBQ on a deserted island during your stay. The onboard spa is 300m2 with 6 treatment rooms, including a double room for couples.
Diving from the Scubaspa Yang takes place from the accompanying dive dhoni, which carries all the equipment, including the air compressors, nitrox filling station, rinse tanks, and dive equipment storage. Experienced multi-lingual dive instructors and divemasters can cater to all diving levels and abilities. As a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort, a variety of courses, from beginner to advanced can be taken on board. Itineraries cover the ‘Best of Maldives’, which includes the Male Atolls, Ari Atolls, and Rasdhoo & Vaavu Atoll, and is available all year, except for February & March when the Scubaspa yacht travels to the ‘Deep South’ for more remote diving suited to more experienced divers.

The trip was Fantastic
The boat was simply amazing, clean, and the food was fantastic. The crew went above and beyond for all request. The dive staff were awesome and great guides. If you are looking for a 5-star floating resort, spa and food this is your choice. I will be going in 2017.

Best vacation ever!
This is the most well organized and most luxurious live aboard that I have experienced. The boat still looks brand new. Cabins are spacious and comfortable. Meals offer plenty of variety and everything, from local food to Italian was executed perfectly. Bartenders prepare perfect espresso drinks and there is a really good selection of wine and cocktails. Not cheap but reasonable for then Maldives. Service was perfect, and the staff is incredibly friendly and competent. Diving offers a variety of different dive sites,. We saw lots of reef sharks on most dives, some rare pelagic species and did an insane night dive with lots of nurse sharks, sting rays and swimming moray eels. On top of that we also encountered manta rays on several occasions, both while diving and snorkelling. We did not see a whale shark, so that is one of many reasons to return. I had an incredible time on Scubaspa Yang. Highly recommended.

- Great looking boat, great diving, lived the spa
Most luxurious liveaboard I have ever been on.
Seeing the whale sharks and manta rays was awesome. The night dive with the nurse sharks was a great experience. Having your gear sorted, washed and ready to go for the next dive by the staff was fantastic.

We'd Do It Again!
Great crew - very personable and caring. Dive sites were very good. Condition of boat was very good, and dining and spa facilities were first class. Felt like we were on a high class yacht at a much lower cost and with very amiable casual atmosphere. Had lots of fun dancing and relaxing on a couple of nights when we weren't going diving early the next day.

Great tirp
Everything on the boat is beyond my expectation. Nice food, extrodinary service and good diving experience. The dive crew, Jahvid and Latheef, they are so considerate, taking care of us, looking for nice things underwater for us and I learnt a lot from Jamaica's nitorx course. Maraj and Azad from the Lagoon bar, offering us fine cocktails and giving a lot of wine suggestions. Joy and Star from the crew, so friendly and kind, ourstanding service. Also I've made a lot of friends with the nice people on the boat. Overall this is the boat I would recommend to every divers around me.

very good....but there are several things that can be improved.
Overall it was a very good liveaboard trip. This was mine 9th liveaboard trip in the Maldives (where I have been for 18 times !!) and so I am quite an experienced (and demanding...) customer. There are few things however that could be improved. Here below a list of the plus and minus relevant to this experience : Plus : 1) Beautiful, quite new (2014) and very comfortable boat (we had good weather and very calm water throughout the week). 2) Spacious room and very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. (I stayed in the top level room = Manta suite). Good air conditioning system. 3) Cleanliness of the room and of the boat common areas and services in general 4) Friendliness of the personnel (bar and restaurant) and of the dive-guides (Mario and Sam) 5) Nice sun deck with jacuzzi and very good SPA 6) Good food both for quality and for the variation of the menus Minus : 1) Very cold (almost arrogant) and impersonal treatment from the cruise manager (Barty): he showed up for the initial briefing and basically disappeared for the rest of the trip. He never tried to establish a contact with the guests (not only with me but in general with all). He simply seemed not to be interested in establishing a contact with the guests. I hardly exchanged a word with him for the entire week : indeed he asked me which nationality and which city I came from only on my departure day, after I paid the bill, 30 minutes before leaving the boat ...and even that felt like he was doing it as a duty without any real interest ! I had a small accident jumping on the boat from the dhoni on my arrival and hit my leg causing a minor injury. Well, he did not show up in that moment nor later ! For the entire week he never came to see how I was or if I needed any help or assistance ! I was immediately assisted and helped by Mario (Diving Team Manager) and he was extremely helpful in providing what needed to help healing the injury. During the week Mario constantly asked how I was doing and showed to be extremely helpful (and professional..); Barty simply never even asked how I was. 2) No welcome drink nor refreshing face-towels upon arrival or when returning from the dives (these small things can make a big difference) 3) No welcome cocktail party the day of arrival : this is indeed a good way to establish contact among the guests and with the crew. 4) There is indeed need of a ventilation system in the restaurant area : it gets far too hot ! 5) Limited availability of towels : when you take 5-6 showers a day you want to have fresh shower towels. 6) The cocktails and wine for the barbecue dinner should be offered by the management and not paid by the guests ! 7) No port wine for the after-dinner drink --> as written above I am a spoiled demanding customer ;))

- 1) the whale shark day (lucky day !); 2) the other dives; 3) the jacuzzi deck
