The 42m long Aurora is a Pinisi Vessel, built in Sulawesi, that offers all the advantages of a modern boat combined with the charm of a traditional one. There are 9 double or twin cabins on board, all with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and daily housekeeping services, accommodating up to 18 guests. The onboard expert chefs prepare local and international dishes for every taste. Special menus are available, such as vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free. AMAZING STAFF
I had an absolutely fantastic time . I’m older and a little unstable on my feet at time ( I’m fine in the water) The staff were always there to lend a hand . They are also an incredible team - everything just flows . GUILLUAME was amazing , nothing was too much trouble . He was always there to look after us all in the most caring and professional manner . Excellent Choice in Raja Ampat
The organization is excellent as well as the crew. The food and details such as a dry towel after each dive also stand out. to improve the price and maintenance of the boat (furniture) but little else. a 9/10

The best Liveaboard Team in Indoneasia
I had a great experience at Dune Aroroa liveaboard. The crew director Guillaume is extremely funny and helpful. All the divers are great and will make you very comfortable. The trip is extremely well planned by Guillaume. You will get fresh juices after every dive, hot fresh towels , and drinking water the next second you finish your dive. Also they really pamper you with your dive gear , you do not need to anything. Just open your arms to wear the bcd, rest everything is done my the team. Apart from dives you will be taken to a village tour, trek, sand banks and a lot of fancy dinners. Chef is really good and all your dietary requirements will be taken care off. One of the best trips of my life made a lot of friends and taken a boat load of memories

A trip of a lifetime on Aurora!
My husband and I saved for years to dive Raja Ampat and we are so happy with Aurora as our choice for taking us there. I still can't believe all we saw, and am so impressed by the care and consideration from the crew. Our dive guide, Tian, was the absolute BEST! He figured out quickly what we were interested in and made sure to be on the lookout for us. The food was good, healthy, and plentiful. I would do exactly the same trip again if I could. For other travelers, I recommend leggings and a rash guard for some of the little stingers. Not a big deal, but I will bring something to cover my legs on future trips. I just packed a shorty, which was fine for the temperature...some people dove without neoprene.

Raja Ampat unforgettable
We had already been to Raja Ampat, but doing it aboard the Aurora is a top experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is attentive to the needs of the guests and every little detail contributes to 'pampering' the customer (for example, the cold drink and the towel always clean and dry when returning from each dive). We always felt at ease, fully enjoying the holiday. Everything works perfectly thanks to the excellent direction of the cruise manager, who knows how to transfer the necessary attention to the staff. We definitely recommend it and hope to go back!

Unbelievable, incredible dive sites, experienced operator.
The quality of the reef in the remote parts of Raja is amazing. Some of the best diving I've done. Dive team is on point, they know the sites well and you'll get the most from each dive. Divers are appropriately grouped together on experience. Boat team only add to this, service is high standard, small touches like warm drinks after the nightdive, midday homemade cakes are well thought out. NB. South Missool, Raja Ampat trip. Impeccable reef, large pools of fish, good macro. Less large pelagic animals.

Great boat, great diving, great food and service.
The fauna of the Komodo region - both above water (the Dragons) and below (the Manta and abundance of tropical reef fish, invertebrates and corals). This was enhanced with a very comfortable cruising vessel and very knowledgeable and helpful dive crew.

Summer trip in Central Raja Ampat
We had a great time in the comfortable cabin. Crew was always attentive and happy to adjust to guest preferences. Food was very good, dive guides excellent. The briefings could have matched the dives a bit better or been more informative about fauna. Conditions were as to be expected during low season
