Eat. Sleep. Dive. Repeat.
Eat. Sleep. Dive. Repeat. 🤿 I had the most wonderful time on the Raja Ampat Aggressor. The crew made it clear from day one that our comfort and enjoyment were their top priority. Every single person on this boat showed up with warmth, skill, and genuine care. The Boat and Cabins 🛏️ Cabins were clean, comfortable, and well air conditioned with no temperature cap. The showers were functional, though a small shelf for extra toiletries would be a nice addition. Overall it felt like a cozy home base between dives. The Food 🍽️ Chef Milke and Sous Chef Darwis knocked it out of the park. Vegan options were available and genuinely delicious, which as someone with dietary restrictions is never a given. The fruit cake was iconic. And the sauce bin deserves its own fan club. A pre-selection dinner menu, even a simple airplane-style option, would be a great future addition for guests with dietary needs. The Diving 🤿 Dive instructors Marfel, Jan, and James were phenomenal. Eagle-eyed does not begin to cover it. They spotted critters I would have completely swum past. Jan went above and beyond helping me troubleshoot persistent mask fogging issues, which made a huge difference underwater. Rental gear was in great shape with no issues. Cruise Director Pep kept things fun throughout with jokes and card tricks that made surface intervals just as enjoyable as the dives. Pep was great at describing what species we might encounter and where to look, though visual aids with fish pictures and typical habitats would be a great briefing addition. Pictures of hazardous species would also be handy for newer divers. The Crew 💛 After every dive, crew members including Agil, Charles, and Rudy were right there with warm towels and a little shoulder rub. That small ritual became something I genuinely looked forward to. Tree and Ing offered full massages up on the sun deck, and the guests who booked one absolutely loved it. When I was feeling seasick the crew noticed and took care of me without me having to ask. On my birthday they surprised me with a song and I genuinely cried. This crew is just so sweet. One of my favorite moments was learning the traditional way to call Manta Rays. That kind of cultural sharing makes a trip like this so much more than just a dive vacation.

Trip of a lifetime
It was the best trip I had so far, Raja is a like one of the last paradise place for diving but then Raja Ampat Aggressor went out of their way to make it even more exceptional: the massages after the dives were a royal treatment in my opinion (totally unexpected from my part), delicious food every night, professional dive guides that went out of their way to keep the group safe and happy, diving deck stuff helping everyone and solving every little thing that needed to be done, rooms were spacious and always clean and in order. Massages on request done by the lovliest Destri and Tri And most importantly it felt like everything was running so smoothly we could completely enjoy the vacation especially with Pep’s mind blowing card tricks every evening. Thank you to all of you for such and amazing job we appreciate everything you did for us and hope it felt easy y with us

- Professional and friendly crew from Pep, dive guides, stewards, dingy drivers, deck crew, technical crew, cooks… everyone actually!. Beautiful dive sites, varied, full of healthy coral and all types of marine life. We’ve seen more than we could possibly imagine.. I felt safe, supported and cared for underwater in my first try with a camera underwater and they found so many things underwater that I would have missed otherwise.

Amazing Derawan Islands
The dive trips were well planned and the dive masters were really attentive to all our needs. Of course the dive sites were spectacular - barracudas, whale sharks, turtles and the beautiful reefs, not to mention the crazy currents! The service was outstanding from the early morning coffees, post dive drinks and snacks, taking care of our dive equipment, simply awesome!!

Another great trip on Aggressor!
This was one of my all-time favorite live-aboards. I cannot say enough about how great the crew was. The cruise director, Pep, was outstanding. Such a fun person, yet we really learned a lot as well from his experience and tips. Seeing animals like walking sharks and woobegong sharks, only in Raja. Was just wonderful.

Incredible once in a lifetime trip to Raja!
Had an incredible trip in Raja Ampat with the Aggressor. The diving was incredible with so much marine life. The crew was there to help at every turn including a back massage while drying you off after every dive. The two stewardesses were always super nice and there to grab everything you need. Before you could even ask for help zippering up your wet suit or putting on your BCD, there would be a crew member assisting.

The service is superb, and the experience is impeccable!
I experienced the warm super service of each crew member and tasted all kinds of delicious food, especially the sea sightseeing of Raja Ampat, the scenery is superb; The underwater corals as well as all kinds of fish storms are super shocking, the Aggressor boat has always been my first choice, believe him, super awesome!

Great diving with an absolutely awesome crew
Early in the season for Mantas but still had some great interactions. Great to see an area where the reefs are actually getting better rather than degrading. Pelagius are starting to make a comeback now the area is protected. Most diverse marine life of anywhere we’ve ever dived before. Food was fantastic and the crew were the best I’ve ever had on a live aboard. Made my Wife’s birthday extra special with not only a lovely cake but a full on live music performance by the very talented crew. Would highly recommend.
