Neptune One Liveaboard, Indonesia
- Nitrox available
- En-Suite bathrooms
- Family Cabins
“I would recommend this trip to anyone who has enough diving experience to and who would like to explore diving around Komodo.”
Highlights
The Neptune One is a luxurious 38-meter/125-foot vessel that accommodates up to 16 guests in 8 beautifully appointed cabins, including 4 deluxe suites, 2 deluxe sea view cabins, and 2 deluxe sea view cabins with balconies. All cabins are air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms with warm water showers. On the main deck, you'll find the large saloon and restaurant, as well as the spacious dive deck. Up on the sundeck, you can enjoy stunning views of the ocean and sky while sunbathing or stargazing. Two dive tenders accompany the main vessel, ready to take divers to the best dive sites Indonesia has to offer.
The Neptune One operates in 3 destinations: the Banda Sea, Komodo, and Raja Ampat. The Banda Sea is an ideal destination for intermediate and advanced divers, with its stunning coral reefs, warm water, and excellent visibility. In Komodo, divers can drift over sandy bottoms or rocky corals, hover on top of pinnacles that attract pelagic fish, or go diving with Manta Rays. Since conditions can be challenging in Komodo, the Neptune One won’t take divers with fewer than 50 logged dives there. Raja Ampat boasts an impressive array of underwater environments, from easy reef dives to deep sea dives and high-speed drift dives.

A great week doing what I love
I've done several liveaboards and this ranks among the best. Great diving, easy living and lovely crew. Be prepared for currents, and leave the camera on board if Shotgun is offered.

Exceptional, bucket-list, fun and memorable trip to Raja Ampat.
This Raja Ampat trip just blew us away. I have over 878 dives worldwide and this was at the top of my list. I narrowed down the list of ships that we would sail on out of the 93 in this locale. Neptune One was the choice and it surpassed our expectations. On a scale of 1 to 10, I have to say, 11.

- Staff: Attentiveness of this Staff, was exceptional. The Dive team helped with our gear setups, guided our dives, Savri was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The Servers and culinary team were over-the-top with selections, promptness, and service and even made special requests like iced tea and teas after our dives. The housekeeping staff kept our room spotless. The Captain and crew made our journey safe and easy. Rizzo gave exceptional dive briefings and accommodated us with an extra dive. Please keep this staff on board the Neptune One!. The Diving & Hiking Excursions: Our group of 6 have dived worldwide and never encountered better dives than Raja Ampat. The choices of dive sites was spectacular. Raja Ampat is a "must dive" adventure for a lifetime. If you want to see Mantas, Sharks, Batfish, Eels, Turtles, Wobegon Sharks, Walking Sharks, Pygmy Seahorses, Anemones, Clown Triggerfish, Ocean Triggers, Blacktip Sharks, and healthy too-many-to -name corals, this is t

Exceptional diving, wonderful staff, beautiful boat
This was my first liveaboard dive experience, and it was almost everything I’d hoped for. We were lucky to have a wonderful cruise director and crew and a friendly group of fellow guests, and we all soon felt like family. The days were well organized and scheduled, the food was delicious, and the diving was exceptional every day. The boat is a traditional Indonesian Phinisi, and was beautiful and spacious. The tender boats were comfortable and well-configured for gearing up and diving. One and only criticism, which is not unique to this boat: I wish the dive guides felt more empowered early on to make stern corrections to divers with bad habits and poor buoyancy. I saw far too many instances of my fellow divers wearing gloves and bracing themselves against the reef for photo taking. I imagine tour operators are loath to upset tourists, but being an ambassador for the reef is a guide’s most important role.

Amazing Week of Diving
We had an amazing week of diving in Komodo. We were extremely lucky, since the boat was for some reasons only half booked, so we all enjoyed the extra space and attention. The upper cabins that we booked are a lot nicer than the cabins below. The whole Crew, and especially „Risal“, one of the most experienced Dive Masters who planned our trip and dive sites, did an absolutely exeptional job. He usually works for another boat though, they should try and make him work there permanently if they care enough for their business ;) Thank you for this special week!
