Monserrat Cruise Ship, Galapagos

The Montserrat yacht is a great choice for anyone looking for an intimate and sociable small ship cruise around the splendid Galapagos Islands. With just ten cabins, the maximum number of passengers on any cruise is 20. Each comfortable cabin has a private bathroom, air conditioning, a hairdryer, and storage space. Snorkelling equipment, wetsuits, and beach towels are provided free of charge. Relax on the sun deck, admire the views from the observation deck, mingle at the bar, and enjoy some quiet time in the indoor lounge. There’s one naturalist per ten people, meaning that you really can get the best from your nature-spotting experiences and wildlife education. Dine on tasty cuisine in the dining room, with a buffet breakfast and lunch and an a la carte dinner.

Seven- and ten-day Galapagos cruises are available on Montserrat, with an impressive eight routes to choose between. All offer unrivalled nature-spotting opportunities; look out for the huge Galapagos tortoises, colourful birds, iguanas and lizards, sea turtles, abundant fish, dolphins, whales, seals, sea lions, and more. Whether you’re exploring the underwater world or on dry land, there’s so much to see! From snorkelling to hiking and relaxing, there are plenty of activities to enjoy. All trips start and end in the Ecuadorian capital city of Quito, and include various fascinating islands in the Galapagos. Getting to the boat is easy, with transfers and domestic flights included in the fare. The trip also includes a night in Quito before flying to the Galapagos Islands.

The Spanish- and English-speaking team members are waiting to greet you and help you have a trip to remember aboard the Monserrat. Avoid disappointment and book your trip early by either calling us or making an online booking.

We saw a unique part of our world, shown to us by people who really care about it.

The Galapagos wildlife make the trip, and got to experience them in their home environments. From giant tortoises to Galapagos penguins to beautiful iguanas to the seas filled with myriad varieties of fish, it was a wonderful time.

Wonderful Cruise

We loved the whole experience. Visiting the different islands and learning about the history makes you appreciate what you are seeing. The wildlife is amazing, of course. Being so close to the animals is an experience like no other. If you are going to visit the Galapagos Islands, the best way, by far, is traveling on a small ship like the Monserrat.
