Highlights
The Galaxy Diver II is a liveaboard taking 16 passengers on diving and naturalist trips around the Galapagos. There are 8 double cabins on board. Diving itineraries aboard the Galaxy Diver II include visits to world-renowned dive sites such as Carrion Point and Wolf Island, Shark Bay, El Arenal, Darwin’s Pillars (formerly Darwin's Arch), and Cousin Rock. Species commonly seen on such trips include hammerhead sharks, whale sharks, rays, Galapagos sharks, tiger sharks, and Orcas. Naturalist itineraries aboard the Galaxy Diver II take guests on unique wildlife spotting and sightseeing land excursions.
Guests will explore Sullivan Bay's preserved lava flows, encounter lizards and birds, and discover Rabida's red-sand beach, sea lions, and coastal cliffs teeming with wildlife. Observe the abundant marine iguana colony at Espinoza Point. Snorkel with fish and sea turtles. At Tagus Cove, guests can hike through Palo Santo forests, spot the endangered Galapagos martin, and snorkel with penguins. Guests aboard the Galaxi Diver II encounter marine iguanas, sea lions, rays, and turtles at Tintoreras, and explore the birdlife of the Wetlands, including flamingoes. Visit Post Office Bay's historic barrel and snorkel with sea turtles. Cormorant Point offers a coastal lagoon, nesting sites, and a beautiful white sand beach.

Amazing boat and crew, best dives in 52 years of diving the world
This boat is exceptional, modern, fast and the crew is one of the best I experienced in many years of diving. Food was excellent and well presented. Guides were very knowledgable. Been diving for 52 years and this is at the top.

A shout out to the crew ,and dive guides. Without the exceptional treatment from Teo, Raul, Carlos, William, Paulo, the chef and his sous chef, and all the crew who I missed naming, the trip wouldn’t
The dive plans were well thought out. It was an ‘all hands on deck’ mindset for dive prep and post dive. Even the captain helped the divers get ready each time and with the wet suits after the dive. Meals and snacks were plentiful, beautiful presented and dietary restrictions respected.

Most amazing once-in-a-lifetime experience!
I had a fantastic time on Galaxy Diver II. The absolute highlight for me (aside from the actual diving in Galapagos and all the animals we saw) are the dive guides and crew members. The dive guides Jorge and Paulo are really experts at what they do, they kept us safe under water and made sure we have the best experience possible. The crew on board were so so amazing - the entire operation is planned and organized so well, every person knows when and where they need to be and what they need to do. To the tiniest detail like unzipping our wetsuits when we get back on the boat, to checking our gear and keeping our rooms and common spaces clean. They are all so professional and incredibly sweet, always smiling and willing to help. Food was amazing and they accommodated various dietary restrictions. Hot towels and snacks after the dives were great. But my absolute favorite part was the pirate dance party the crew had for us when we passed the equator line!!

Absolute trip of a lifetime! The Galapagos surpasses all of your expectations!
Spent my birthday week diving with Galaxy Diver 2 and everything was beyond expectations! The food was fantastic and plentiful. No one was ever hungry and there was plenty at meal time for 2nds or 3rds. The guides, Paulo and George were beyond accommodating and were extremely knowledgeable and extremely fun and the rest of the staff were just as hospitable. All dives felt extremely safe and as mesmerizing as you could imagine. 10/10 would and will dive with this boat again.

Galaxy Diver 2, April 2025
We traveled on the Galaxy Diver 2 in April 2025. The boat is excellent with very spacious cabins and bathrooms, good setup on the dive deck, high quality food, and plenty of space for lounging including a Jacuzzi. Dive guides were friendly and knowledgeable. Equipment is in good condition. Diving conditions were mixed in April, with low visibility and heavy surge at many of the dive sites, but we still had the opportunity to see hammerheads, dolphins, turtles, eagle rays, and sea lions. Overall I would recommend this boat.

An amazing week on board the Galaxy Diver 2 in the Galapogas.
I cannot speak highly enough of how good this trip was. The Diving was unbelievable and exceeded any expectattions I had pre-trip (and believe me they were high!). Jorge and Paolo were excellent Dive Guides and the staff on the Galaxy Diver could not do enough to make sure our experience was first rate. The Galaxy Diver 2 itself is like a floating 5 Star Hotel and the food throught the trip was excellent with high quality and variety throughout the trip. If and when I return to dive in the Galapogas, this is the Liveaboard I would choose.

The Galaxy Diver II exceeded all my expectations. From the seamless airport pickup to the smooth return, the entire trip was flawlessly organized, making travel stress-free. The boat is even more impressive in person, offering spacious rooms and luxurious amenities. The crew was incredibly attentive and always upbeat, and the food was outstanding. The dive trips were well run, with a strong focus on detail and safety, allowing me to see everything I hoped for—and more. I highly recommend this trip to anyone seeking an unforgettable Galápagos diving experience.

What a dream experience!
Great experience on this boat. Attention to detail and support from the staff is fantastic! Highly recommend diving with the Galaxy Diver 2. Food and service was wonderful and will be hard to for any other liveaboard to provide something better. The bar has been set high!
