Highlights

  • Amenities & services comparable to a 5-Star boutique hotel
  • Complimentary pre-trip photography workshop available
  • Enhanced safety protocols in place

Custom-built for divers, the Nautilus Belle Amie ship is the largest of the Nautilus Liveaboards’ fleet. With amenities akin to a floating boutique hotel, and a reputation for offering high-level service on board, the Nautilus Belle Amie accommodates 32 guests in 17 en-suite staterooms and suites. On the lower deck are 8 twin staterooms plus one affordable triple occupancy stateroom. The main deck has 2 premium suites, and 6 superior suites are on the wheelhouse deck. Bedding in the suites can be converted to twins or doubles. All rooms also feature individually controlled air-conditioning.

On the main deck is a large salon and dining area, where a fusion of Mexican and West Coast North American food is served. All dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, food allergy options, and quasi-kosher, can be catered to with prior notice. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are buffet-style, and the evening meal is served plated buffet or family-style. There are two fully-stocked extensive bars on board, which include single malts, microbrews, and a large selection of wine. The large sun deck has space for everyone to enjoy lounging in the sun and a hot tub to warm up in-between dives or enjoy after diving with a drink and snack.

The heavy steel construction with stabilization of the Nautilus Belle Amie liveaboard means she was perfectly designed for ocean crossings to get divers to the world-class dive sites of the Socorro Islands or over to Guadalupe for up-close encounters with great white sharks. From November - June, the Socorro Islands are open to offering some of the best diving in the world. Friendly mantas, dolphins, humpback whales, pilot whales, and up to 10 species of shark are just some of the marine encounters the Socorro Islands offer. Or for those who want to get up close with great white sharks, the Guadalupe season offers from July - November each year. The large dive deck, onboard nitrox, and 3 large dive skiffs ensure an easy diving experience.

Great trip!

I really enjoyed the enthusiasm of the divemasters-Stein, Carlos, Nico, and Jaime were all excellent. We saw five or six mantas, hammerheads, and dolphins on one dive. The divemasters could spot them well before they came into view, and they were just as excited as we were when they found something good. Lovely trip

Nothing But the Best

From the moment I booked this bucket-list trip to the moment I boarded the Nautilus Belle Amie; the experience was nothing but top notch. The staff and crew immediately made me comfortable and were attentive to our every need. The pelagic life I expected to see on this 8-day trip I saw them all on the first day as well as throughout the week! Later that day we saw whales! The dive masters were exceptional at finding the right places for us to be to see as many Mantas, Sharks, Dolphins, and other creatures as possible. The Belle Amie is well laid out for diving as well as relaxing. The lower dive deck easily handles 30+ divers doing 4-5 dives a day. The upper deck was a great place to for relaxing in the hot tub after a dive or catching some sun with a cold beverage. The meals were adequately proportioned and very delicious – it was like diving in a 5-start restaurant. There was always something to munch on, so you never went hungry. If you want to see the best big pelagic life in Mexico with a great crew and knowledgeable dive masters, Nautilus Belle Amie is the answer.

Incredible experience in a beautiful dive location, led by great crew

The highlights of this trip are the animals - the reason we travel to Revillagigedos to dive. The curious and playful dolphins, the mysterious hammerheads, and the amazing majestic mantas will bring us back for sure!

Great Experience on my Socorro Trip

All dive crew are so all round from leading the dive to other boat duties. My only feed back would be the waiting between 2nd and 3rd dive a little long while the 3rd and 4th dive was a little tight

Magical mantas

3 trip with Naulitus in a year! Love the company. This is the biggest vessel yet. 32 divers was A LOT but everything systematically managed by groups so diving worked out just fine. Super nice boat that made the crossing so much smoother/easier. Very experienced, safety first and passionate crew especially guides and their energy underwater shows. Love love love them. Great diving. Life was abundant. Mexican animals are friendly just like the people. Magical manta encounters that (almost) beat my eye to eye orca interactions haha. Food was super yummy too.
