Pegasos Cruise Ship, Seychelles

M/Y Pegasos offers five- and eight-day cruises around the beautiful Seychelles, with each option departing from Mahe. Both cruises visit the former leper of colony of Curieuse, now uninhabited by humans and home to many giant tortoises, Cousin Island, which is known for its bird life, Aride, and St. Pierre Island. Swimming, snorkelling, guided walks, and an al fresco BBQ are amongst the activities you can look forward to. The shorter cruise ends in Praslin, whilst the longer voyage returns to Mahe via Felicite, the charming La Digue, and Moyenne Island.

Renovated in 2016, the M.Y. Pegasos has 21 cabins that can sleep a maximum of 44 people. The twin-hulled vessel has plenty of open space for you to enjoy the views, sea breezes, and sunshine, and the onboard leisure facilities make it easy to relax and unwind or mingle with other travellers. Sip a drink in the stylish lounge bar, select a book from the library, relax on the sundeck, and rejuvenate in the mini spa. The swimming platform makes it easy to enter the water for a swim. Paid internet access is available. When it comes to enjoying the chef’s tasty culinary creations, you can choose between indoor and outdoor dining areas. Special events, such as a Creole night and live music, add to the fun. Each spacious en suite cabin has a window, plus air-conditioning, satellite TV, centralised music, and a mini safe.

The team is waiting to welcome you aboard the MY Pegasos, ready to help you have a fabulous cruising holiday. Call us or book online to secure your place on a fantastic Seychelles discovery.

Great way to see many islands in the Seychelles

Very fun cruise, only 27 on board the boat. Especially liked biking in La Digue, and the National Park in Praslin (easy to get to on your own with a rental car). Great way to see lots of wildlife on different islands.

Excellent service, gorgeous locations

Access to some of the more remote islands was key for us. We looked in to organizing our own itinerary, but the combination of the itinerary and hassle-free transportation, along with the built-in accommodations and food, sealed the deal for us. We were not disappointed! The food was all so, so good. We enjoyed every meal. The service was so attentive - staff was always friendly and went above and beyond, in our opinion. The sea conditions were pretty rough the week we went. Fortunately, the crew was able to make some itinerary adjustments on the fly in order for us to experience most of the islands that were planned. We did not have any issues with seasickness, but some of the other travelers did. From what I gather, the seas are normally pretty calm so I would not expect that to be a regular problem. The passengers on our crew were mostly from the UK, France, and Germany, 50-70 years old, and there were no children (not sure if that's a rule or just a result of the regular clientele demographics). We are Americans, early 40s. There was one other couple close to our age, and one couple in their 30s. We thought is was a good mix of personalities and had interesting conversations at the nightly dinners, where seating is self-selected. Overall, I definitely recommend this trip if you're looking to explore multiple islands while experiencing great service and delicious food.

As a seasoned traveller - this one hit the jackpot

I had chosen this trip to fulfil a life time dream to visit all the small islands in the Seychelles group. Despite four previous trips (the first in 1973 just after the Airport was opened) it had not been possible. It was my 80th birthday on Christmas day and I decided to do this trip instead of being with my family. I was not disappointed with this decision and on Christmas Day the Captain and Crew went out of their way to make it special. A beautiful cake and candles ( not 80!) and everyone on board singing "Happy Birthday" - it was overwhelming.

To see all the wonderful islands of the Seychelles.....

Getting to see and photograph all the prolific wildlife on the different islands. There was an absolutely glorious sunset on our first evening out of Mahe. A real photographers opportunity. Big old tortoises that asked you to stroke their necks for the sheer love of it. The wildlife on the islands that just sat and waited for you to go and photograph it.

Best way to explore Seychelles

We were on Pegasos Cruise for our honeymoon and it was a fabulous experience. The crew was really friendly and they have thought about all the details to make our trip more comfortable and enjoyable. The food and the cabin service couldn't be better. We especially enjoyed the familiar and casual atmosphere of the boat due to the reduced number of guests. Lunches, dinners and dances at night were a great way to meet other people on the boat and even make new friends. I would definitely recommend this cruise to explore the Seychelles

Small boat. Family atmosphere. Great itinerary to see the Seychelles Islands outside the tourist track. Beach for ourselves. Greek captain and Seycheloise guide: perfect combination. Cabins are ample and food very good! Absolutely to be recommended. Liveaboard booking very professional and problem-free.

Fabulous from start to finish

Visiting such beautiful islands and learning about the history and life on the islands. The snorkelling and other water sports such as paddle boarding and canoeing! The evening meal and sundowners were fabulous taken outside at the rear of the boat.

An enjoyable cruise that lived up to expectations.

We enjoyed a relaxed tour of Moyenne Island. Great snorkeling on the reef at the 2 sisters. Some lovely sunsets.
