Extraordinary! Wonderful experience and is a great way to explore with family, friends or a solo traveler.
Not only go to these remote islands, but spending time there snorkeling and short land hikes. Learning while doing as the guide explains the nature and history while exploring the unique archipelago of the Galapagos.

Naturalist guide (Fabian) who you spend a lot of time with was kind, passionate, and knowledgeable. Crew was approachable and friendly. Attention to detail. After each excursion you are greeted with delicious drinks and snacks. Rooms were cleaned multiple times daily. All B, D, L was presented very well and also.

Cruising the Galápagos Islands was a dream come true!
Dean and I absolutely enjoyed our cruise! The ship was small as we expected but it was super comfy and clean. Seeing all the wildlife was of course the highlight and we saw everything we hoped to see! Fernanda our naturalist guide was excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly to everyone and she had great activities planned for us each day which always ran smoothly and on time. Seeing the Galapagos tortoise wasn’t on our cruise plan but Fernanda surprised us all on our last day by taking us to a sanctuary to see them which was fabulous. Our meals were all delicious and all the staff were very friendly and they were always there to help. The other 12 passengers were a great group and we all got on extremely well. It was a truly fabulous experience!

The perfect five days

Amazing liveaboard experience
The one week with Galaxy Diver was definitely my best liveaboard experience so far. Besides seeing all the exciting marine animals, the crew is very professional. For instance, no matter how much we drifted away, when we went up to surface, our boat is always within a few meters away. This have made all divers feeling safe in a difficult condition like Galapagos. They are also very friendly and genuine, and they did everything to make our trip a more memorable one, like the little ceremony when we passed the equator and chef's live show of making local dishes and drinks.

Best week of our life
We had a really amazing week aboard the Galaxy. The diving was the best of our life, it is really fantastic to see a sea so full of life. We so thousands of hammerheads, humpback whales, orcas, mola mola, Marine iguana and many other. But not only the diving is good, the crew is really friendly and you can feel that there are good vibes in the boat.

Relaxing and incredible
This trip exceeded my expectations, our naturalist guide Victor provided a lot of background to the formation of the islands and information about all the various animals we saw. The crew went above and beyond keeping our cabins clean and all passengers well fed. The captain even spent an hour sailing around a dolphin pod and helping us hunt down whales on one of our sailings. There were so many priceless moments on this trip and the 8 day / 7 night itinerary had us alone with no other humans or boats spotted for a day or two in the middle.

Fabuloso; best diving of my life with a crew who loved being there too.
The marine life without a doubt and the shear beauty all around in a very place on this earth, the dive masters and panga drivers who took great care of us. As well as the rest of the crew; hot towels after dives, rooms, food, party at the equator and a great crew who were all loved their jobs and were like family. I just got back a week ago ( cold season ) already thinking about returning in the warm season. Thank you Galaxy Dive Crew for an amazing life time memory I'm still smiling about.

Incredible trip
Naturalist-Itinery: The boat is not the newest but in great condition. The crew took great care of it and provided great service at all times and was super friendly. Small surprises such as cooking demonstrations or a sunset drink were also part of it. Everything was always on-time, super organized and with appropriate safety precautions. The cabins were spacious and the bed comfortable. The shore excursions and also the experiences in the water are among the most impressive animal and landscape experiences I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Our guide was able to show us a lot, never rushed the group, and still packed a lot of program into the 8 days, so that we have the feeling that we have really experienced everything and the best. The food on board was also plentiful. The only limitation perhaps for me as a vegetarian is that I would have liked to just get vegetables instead of meat substitutes (vegetarian sausages for example). Especially the fish dishes were particularly praised by the fellow travelers.I would definitely do the trip again and can fully recommend the boat and crew. Dear future travelers: Remember the usual tip. By European standards, it is not little! (Approx. 40$ per day/person). Of course, it is not a must, but an opportunity to honor these extraordinary experiences and the special service under non-European conditions. The crew is working really hard around the clock. The guide also does an excellent job. So plan this with your booking if necessary so that it doesn't surprise you later:) This boat is definitely worth it!

My overall experience is that this trip has been a highlight in my life. The Galapagos Islands are so beautiful, i learned a lot and respect the care and protection of these Islands by Ecuador's people.

Our guide Maria made this an excellent and exceptional trip! She is SO KNOWLEDGEABLE about the islands and was able to answer all of our questions. Her love and passion for the islands and her country really touched me and I believe that it had a huge impact on how she taught. She inspired me to want to learn more about the islands. Maria is a kind and caring person with a zest for life and conservation and protection of the islands. If i were to do this trip again i would specifically request Maria as a guide.. The entire crew! The crew was attentive and kind, fun and polite. I felt very safe in there attention to details in operating the dinghys and assisting us on and off the boat. They always anticipated our needs and i believe our safety was a high priority for them. They knew what they were doing and did it well.!. Bucket list trip was amazing

It's a comparatively good value in the Galapagos
We loved the choices in where we went and that the captain changed our timing of the a crossing from one island to another so that we could enjoy the whales and the super-pod of dolphins. All Galapagos trips are expensive - it is the nature of "the nature" there. This cruise fit the bill for the ability to see many islands in-depth.

Absolutely amazing experience! I loved how the day was kept busy with many activities throughout the day at so many different places. Truly one of the most amazing cruises. The crew was amazing and the food was spectacular. The chefs made everything to perfection with many buffets and desserts after lunch and dinner was definitely a win! Such an amazing experience and definitely worth the money. Wouldn't have wanted to visit the Galapagos any other way! Thank you!

A world unlike any other on this earth!
It was amazing-- every minute was a highlight in truth-- each time you thought 'nothing could tope this", something did. I am so grateful that the National Park of the Galapagos sets rules and controls the number of. humans allowed on the island. So many species endemic to the Islands- some to one island and not to others just amazing. Humans have a way of destroying ecosystems it seems to me, so I'm just so grateful that the Galapagos exist!

Our guide, Victor, who still (after 30+ years seems filled with joy and awe as he shares the extraordinary gifts of nature in the Galapagos-- and our Chef, Roger, who took great care to prepare meals that pleased both the palate and the eyes- al with food from the area.

Lifetime of memories and bonds!
Absolutely loved Galaxy Orion. My fellow passengers and the crew formed such a tight knit group! We were all very sad at farewell. I miss my time on the boat - Alex, the ever smiling and helpful cruise director, Juanito the legend bartender ever who watched our needs like a hawk, Daniel the coolest Captain ever. I was afraid of water but they helped me. They give you all the kit and hot water and sea sickness pills you need. There's WiFi to stay in touch. And Galapagos is of course very very beautiful.

Stunning, Amazing, wonderful
When booking this trip, obviously it is a huge amount of money. Let me tell you, it is money well spent. We had an awesome week on the boat, the crew was always helpful, friendly and funny. The trip itself is already nice, but being fully pampered with amazing food and top dive gear, makes it even better. Of course the diving depends on luck and seasonal conditions, but we were extremely lucky, had amazing dives especially in the north at darwin and wolf Islands and saw Whalesharks, Hammerheads, Galapagossharks, turtles, Sea lions, marine Iguanas and multiple other beautiful marine animals on many of those dives. I am already saving up, to do that again, so yes, I can recommend it!

Unforgettable Galapagos Vacation!
Despite an unexpected bout of seasickness, this trip was sublime. The itinerary and description was exactly as described and in most cases exceeded our expectations. We were clearly told the day's plans including excursion details and the staff (Manuel, Anthony, Johnny, Edwin, etc) were ready to greet us when we returned and made sure that everything ran smoothly. Carmen, our naturalist, was a wealth of knowledge about the animals, flora and fauna. Thank you Galaxy Orion for an unforgettable trip.
