Highlights
The Blue Dolphin is a brand-new boat built in 2022 and is 27.5 meters / 90 feet long, providing plenty of space for guests to enjoy their time on board. There are 4 different types of air-conditioned cabins available, including the Upper Deck Master Cabin with an ensuite bathroom, a Kingsize bed (or 2 single beds), and stunning views of the sea. The Main Deck Master Cabin is also ensuite and offers a large double bed (or 2 single beds) and direct access to the main deck. Standard Twin and Quad shared Cabins don't have ensuite facilities, but they share 4 bathrooms between them. There is a spacious dive deck so divers can kit up comfortably. The food is served in buffet style and is a mix of local and western cuisine.
The Similan Islands are home to some of the most beautiful corals and marine life in the world, making them a true haven for scuba divers and nature lovers alike. The Blue Dolphin offers 4-day trips that include stops at Similans, Koh Bon, Tachai, Richelieu, and Seachart. Visited dive sites include West of Eden, Shark Fin Reef, Boulder City, Elephant Head Rock, Turtle Rock, North Point, Three Trees, Koh Bon, Koh Tachai Pinnacle, the famous Richelieu Rock, and Boonsung Wreck.

This was my first liveabord and I enjoyed it immensely.
This was my first liveabord and I enjoyed it immensely. Everything was very well organized, efficient and taken care of. The dive guides were great. The dive sites were great. The food was amazing. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly and just wanted to dive and have a great time. I would certainly recommend this tour to anyone who has ever considered diving in the Similan islands.

Wonderful experience!
Wonderful experience! Although we weren’t lucky enough to see manta rays or whalesharks, the diving experience with Blue Dolphin was truly amazing with great food, service and friendly staff. My favorite was definitely Richelieu Rock, you will certainly enjoy large schools of fish swimming around you and other rich marine life there.

An absolute must-visit
The trip was fantastic and outdid our expectations. Steve, Ciarra and Will were very hospitable and also very knowledgeable about the area, and were able to show us some amazing marine life. Ciarra was our dive guide and she’s so lovely to dive with. The food was delicious and we were extremely well fed on this trip - with breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack in-between (all delicious btw), you couldn’t go hungry at any time. We will definitely be visiting again and diving with the team at Blue Dolphin - highly recommended!

Solid dive trip!
Great dive trip! The boat is well-organized and has lots of nice touches - hot towels after the dives, well-stocked medical kit, great snacks and drinks in between dives, just to name a few. The boat and dive crew are top-notch, and conservation- and safety-focused. Highly recommend

Great liveaboard experience!
Crew were great - after each dive you would be handed a hot towel and a drink, which was much appreciated. Food was fantastic and you would never go hungry on this liveaboard. Dive staff were very experienced and is obvious that they place safety as the number one priority. Highlights would be having a leopard shark swim right up to us which was amazing. Richelieu rock is also an amazing dive site and is teeming with all kinds of marine life.

Incredible trip with amazing staff and great infrastructure. Amazing value for money!
This trip was excellent. The people working on board are very friendly and hospitable. The dive sites are well chosen and the timing of diving chosen to avoid overcrowded dive sites (this is not the chase for other liveaboards). The food is sublime with thai and western options as well as light salads and fruit. The cabins are spotless the only reason I deducted a star is the „overpowered AC unit“ in the small bunk bed room (much better in the larger rooms). Next trip I would probably just turn it off. The crew is very friendly from the deck hands, kitchen staff to the captain and the guides. Also the atmosphere between the the members of the crew is unique with a family-like atmosphere which males one feel at home immediately. All in all an amazing trip with excellent value for money! I can only recommend this boat and company and will definitely join the blue dolphin in the future!

Great liveaboard with Blue Dolphin!
Great liveaboard experience. Rooms are comfortable. The service and staff were amazing. You definitely don’t loose weight as the food is superb!! They are detailed oriented - like when you finish a dive they have hot little towels waiting for you. They also have detail items for cameras - like special towels for cameras and air to dry them. Dives were great. Everyone on the boat has a smile and is making sure that everyone is happy. Highly recommend. We are seasoned divers and have done multiple liveaboards- and this one stood out for us.
