The Carpe Diem liveaboard is well-known for having a focus on superior service and quality. There are 10 cabins onboard spread over 3 decks with the choice of cabin standards, each with en-suite bathrooms and AC. On the lower deck are 6 standard cabins, 4 of which have 2 single beds which can be converted to doubles and the other 2 each have one single bed and one semi bunk bed. On the main deck are two double cabins with queen size beds and the upper deck has 1 deluxe cabin with a queen bed and 1 suite with a king bed. All main and upper deck cabins feature a smart TV and stunning sea views. Social areas are spread out over 3 decks and encompass an indoor salon, outdoor terrace and dining area, and sundeck with comfortable loungers.
Dive itineraries aboard the MV Carpe Diem liveaboard are 7 or 10-nights long and explore some of the best dive sites in the Maldives, including Kudarah Thila, Manta Point, Maaya Thila, Fish Head, and Machafushi wreck. Get up close with mantas, whale sharks, nurse sharks, reef sharks, turtles, and huge schools of fish in the stunning Indian Ocean. The incredibly experienced dive crew is on hand to ensure the perfect Maldives liveaboard experience. Diving takes place from the dedicated diving Dhoni, where there is plenty of room for gear storage, rinsing, and kitting up. Free nitrox is also available for those certified.

2nd time here, will come back again
We were so impressed with Carpe Diem last time by the fantastic dives and food we just wanted to do it again. We're pleased to find that they have maintained the very high standard all-around. The crew were super friendly and helpful. There's always someone you can turn to whenever you need anything, no matter how early or late. Delicious and great variety of food every meal. Every bite was a delight. Detailed dive briefings so we knew what we're about to see. Special thanks to our dive guide, Munkko, who has been so professional, fun and experienced through out the while trip. He always puts our safety first and made sure everyone was ok. He also knows the water very well and was able to point out different creatures, big or small. We're very happy to see whalesharks, manta rays, nurse sharks, tiger sharks, bull sharks, countless reef sharks, eagle rays, octopus, nudis, scorpion leaf fish, napoleon fish, turtles and many more. We really had a wonderful time here and would definitely come back again.

Great liveaboard, amazing value
Carpe Novo had really friendly staff, the dive guides were super knowledgeable and accommodating as far as transfers to and from the airport. Quality of diving and price cannot be beat. Food was excellent the whole trip, and the boat was spacious and felt luxurious compared to other liveaboard I’ve been on. 10/10 would book with them again.

Again an phantastic Divesafaritrip with Carpe (Diem&Vita)
This Trip was again a Highlight for Safaricruises in the maledives. Excellence helpful Crew and Instructors, bevor, during and after the dives. Vessel is a little bit older but good in shape and technical top. Highlights: i‘ve enjoyed all offered 25dives. We have had chopy water conditions in the north of maledives, so they changed the route. This was absolutly no problem for me, because the have orderd a Inland flight for me from Male to Dharavandhoo. Great Trip

A week in heaven on the Carpe Diem
Our first time on a week long liveaboard. Fabulous! The Carpe Diem was kept clean and well run. The dive lead Munkko was excellent at keeping everyone informed. All the crew was friendly and attentive and all the dive guides were helpful and pleasant. Munkko was our private guide for the week and was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to work on improving skills with my 16 year old and helped me obtain my advanced certification. The dive sites were carefully picked daily. Of course wildlife doesn’t always comply. We checked many reef shark cleaning stations with great rewards but the mantas were elusive until we were snorkeling on the last day. They found tons of macro life. We also went diving at a spot with large sharks in Male by the marina and enjoyed lemon, tiger and bull sharks along with giant rays. Incredible. The beach bar b que night was a night shore break at a beautiful location under the stars. Fabulous operation. Smoothly run. Great crew. Beautiful part of the world.

Amazing diving trip in the Maldivian Central Atolls. We did a good mix of dives in channels, lagoons, cleaning stations and night dives. The crew were very nice and super friendly. The food was amazing!

Wow, amazing experience
Manta rays, eagle rays and all kinds of sharks. Relaxed atmosphere everyday. Diving from dhoni is so easy compared to diving from anywhere else, zodiac or just from a liveboard or beach. The crew helps to get to the dhoni safely. Jumping to the water and then also getting back to the dnoni is like a walk in the park. Carpe Diem washes the towels so they are fresh and soft and clean.

Astonishing trip with many sharks and mantas
Very good arrangement of the whole dive trip, professional and patient briefing before every dive. Nice crew can take care every scope so that we can fully into diving. Delicious foods can help us recovery quickly after each diving. Memorable experience when night diving and attract manta with torch. Make many new friends from different countries.
