The Alaskan Dream yacht is perfect for exploring Alaska's wild and rugged areas. The 104-foot-long ship can accommodate 40 passengers in 20 cabins. All en suite cabins have large windows, complimentary toiletries, and ample storage space. The two Vista View Suites also offer sloped full-wall windows and a comfortable seating area for even greater viewing pleasure. Meals are served in the dining room with panoramic windows and feature a variety of menu options, including meat, seafood, and vegetarian selections, emphasizing fresh Alaska cuisine. Cruises run from May - September and are 8-days long. Explore Alaska's Glacier Bay and Islands, including stops at Petersburg, Thomas Bay & Baird Glacier, where you can take part in one of several trekking options in the bay, such as the Cascade Falls trail, Scenery Cove, or the outwash plain leading to the terminal moraine of the Baird Glacier. On day 5, cruise through Tracy or Endicott Arm in the Tracy Arm-Fords Terror Wilderness, a place the famous naturalist John Muir referred to as “A wild, unfinished Yosemite.” It is renowned for its pristine waterfalls, towering icebergs, and abundant harbor seals. Fab luxury small ship cruise, best way to see Alaska
Fabulous way to see SE Alaska. Excellent cruise, itinerary, crew and food. Shore visits at small communities, glacier views and walks through temperate rainforest. Fellow passengers were well-travelled and interested in the natural world. Evening kayaking on calm waters, a highlight.

Fabulous trip
Visited two islands where members of Tlingit tribe gave us a wealth of knowledge about their everyday life, their customs and what it’s like to be a Tlingit. And the Inside passage was breath taking.

Combination of crew expertise and friendliness and the awesome Alaskan experience made for a wonderful trip.
The whole trip was fabulous. Have to say seeing the bears and eagles up close along experiencing a huge glacier calving made the trip for us.

Amazing scenery, wildlife and service!

Great people, wildlife and food!
I really liked the fact that Allen Marine, which owns Alaskan Dream, is an Indigenous-owned business and demonstrated respect for the Native cultures with which we interacted. Erika was extremely knowledgable about wildlife, habitats, and all the natural beauty we saw - and we saw a lot of it ! - I learned so much from her! Meals were delicious, made-to-order, and accommodated everyone's dietary needs. There was a sense of fun and playfulness on the part of all crew members that put all the passengers at ease and made the trip FUN.

- Competence, friendliness & responsiveness of crew. The amount of wildlife we were able to see - whales, orcas, bears, eagles, otters.... Ability to travel places (like Tracey Arm) that larger ships couldn't navigate.
