Navila is a 28mtr/92ft long traditional two-masted sailing phinisi designed by an avid sailor and adventurer and built by South Sulawesi boat builders. It can accommodate 12 guests in 6 air-conditioned cabins, each with a private bathroom and hot shower. The indoor dining area is also used as a bar and a home theatre.

Navila offers trips around Komodo island, where the onboard naturalist guide shares their impressive knowledge of the local wildlife. Guests can paddleboard, sing karaoke, or just relax on deck under the stars. The Navila offers some of the best western-eastern-vegetarian cuisine, and guests love BBQ night. Outstanding experience, somehow relaxing and exciting at the same time!
Absolutely incredible trip, the best thing we have done in 7 months of travelling the world. The highlight would be swimming with mantas! We could have happily done the same itinerary with the same food another 3 times in a row!
Recommended for
Itinerary and timings. We visited spots earlier or later than other boats meaning we often got places to oursleves.. Roy & Billy (and all the Navila crew!) were amazing. Roy was a great balance of being funny and professional and we always knew whay was going on and felt safe in the water. It was great to have a second person in the water with us and Billy's photos are incredible.. The amount of shaded space to relax on the boat, we never felt crowded with other guests..

The end of the day spent and the sunset on the pink sand beach, snorkeling activities, sea turtles, stop on the white sand islet. Evenings on board the boat. Everything was perfect. Fabulous few days in the Komodo Islands
We had a fabulous few days sailing around the Komodo islands. Our guide, Roi was fantastic - as was all the team, plus Andre the photographer- an unexpected bonus. The scenery was spectacular and swimming along with turtles while snorkelling and trekking to see Komodo dragons were highlights.

Excellent vacation
Excellent experience on the Navila. Roy was a fantastic guide, friendly and organized. The chef was able to cater to my gluten free diet with incredible food!! The boat is comfy with lots of lounge areas and nice décore. The only downside of the trip is the pace of activities is very quick and it would have been nice to have longer at some locations - 2 nights went by very quick. Thank you Navila!

AMAZING
It was fantastic! The trip was super enjoyable, the activities offered were wonderful, explained in detail by our guide Roi, an exceptional person, who conveys the serenity and professionalism you need for an experience like this. We love you, Roi. The food was excellent, so much variety of local cuisine with an international touch. The common areas are very well kept and clean, there is great attention to detail. We really appreciated the overall organization, the provision of equipment, and the on-board photo shoot managed by Jihat, always ready to put a smile on your face. Personally, we found the cabin a little too small, but still adequate for the essential services. It was very nice, we will never forget it.

Incredible trip in Komodo
What an amazing experience. Gorgeous vessel with all the amenities. Crew were wonderful, the chef can cook up some seriously good food! Roy was a super guide. Looking out for us, providing cler explanations and making sure we were safe. Andre is a top-notch photographer. Great to have him with us to capture these special moments.

Fabulous cruise
Truly a unique and amazing experience! The boat Le Navila is really well equipped and we felt safe during the 3 days :) The crew is very attentive and knows the right places to go snorkeling while avoiding other boats. They adapted to our requests and even changed the order of the planned activities so that we could take full advantage of them. The meals are delicious and there are drinks available throughout the day. The boat is big enough for everyone. Thanks again to the entire Navila and LiveBoarding team.

Unforgettable trip!
Snorkeling at Sebayur Island and sunrise from Padar Island were amazing! This trip is very well organized and we fit so many fun activities into the second day. The ship is comfortable (rooms are tiny, but cannot expect anything different there), the crew were professional and kind, the meals were delicious and the activities were great; seriously best snorkeling of my life! Highly recommend! As a single traveler, flagging that you have to pay a 100% single supplement charge, though, which feels steep.

Do not hesitate to book. Amazing!!!
Wow. What an experience! I booked to see the Komodo dragons but got so much more. We were very lucky to have Roy and Bayu as tour director and photographer respectively. They were fun, knowledgeable and Bayu took amazing photos. Food was stunning, we certainly didn’t go hungry. The snorkeling was fantastic, the highlights being seeing the manta ray’s gliding through the water, sharks (black and white tip) and a sting ray. The Komodo dragons were rather underwhelming - you only spend 45 minutes there, walking along a path through dense undergrowth so you don’t see a huge amount, although we did see a few dragons. I thought we would spend a lot more time there (although that wasn’t Navila’s fault). The only down side of the wonderful experience was that when I arrived they did not have a record of booking. There was an admin mixup that was sorted after 30-40 minutes but it started a wonderful experience off on a bad note

Unforgettable fantastic trip to Komodo
We had an unforgettable 3 days on the Navila. From snorkeling with Manta Rays, turtles and reef sharks, face to face with the Komodo dragons, to the decorated dining table for our birthday friend. Homemade cake with it, really fantastic. The wet cold towels when we came back from a snorkeling trip, as a snack in between homemade pizza. The photographer Abi who captured everything with drone and go pro, the guide, insane. Really worth it.

Amazing trip, with amazing people. We saw all the important spots of Komodo Park. Maybe there were too many turists during this period. Fortunatly, our boat group was smaller so the best to going around these islands. Our chef and the staff provide all our need, in a perfect way. So thank you Navila.

Great food but some improvements needed
We really want to give 5 stars but there were some issues. Need better information about shore activities such as when to bring cash. The crew should not be listening to their phones at 5am and waking people up. And when the boat is stopped and no breeze, please don't smoke as the smoke is everywhere.Gra
