Unforgettable tour
The Amaya Explorer is a really nice boat with everything you need. The crew is super friendly and always supportive. The food was great and there were always enough vegetarian options. Thank you Dion for checking and explaining. The dive equipment is the best we had so far. The dives itself were great. We are so happy to see so many colorful corals.

Wonderful experience with a friendly, well organised crew.
The diving was incredible. The guides and crew took great care of us and our equipment. Organisation of the diving and communication was excellent. The boat itself was well designed, clean and comfortable, with lots of options for resting places between dives. The kitchen crew did a great job preparing delicious meals and snacks. All we had to do was dive, eat, sleep, repeat! A brilliant first liveaboard experience.

Amazing experience with Amaya Explorer
We've loved our overall experience with Amaya. The boat is relatively new (built in 2019) and it was very comfortable. It would make a great choice also if you had a non-diver with you as there's plenty of space where to sunbathe or just chill. We chose the Upper Deck Suite. It was very clean and it made a perfect choice for this trip as we've had some long navigation at times. Our dive guide was very prepared and we felt very comfortable with him. Throughout the whole diving preparation process we've received great assistance from the crew. You basically just get into your wetsuit and the rest is done for you. Food on board, as well as other services, were impeccable. We'll definitely choose Amaya again in the future.

Awesome first live aboard experience
I really enjoyed this trip in Komodo. The scenery is spectacular and it was a privilege to see a Komodo dragon. The Amaya is a beautiful boat, plenty of shady spots on deck to read and relax between dives (or sun yourself if you wish). The staff were awesome - so friendly and helpful. The food was great - I can’t believe the quality and variety produced in that little galley. We had a couple of special dinners on the deck that were wonderful. The diving that I managed to do was very enjoyable (sadly a cold interfered and I missed some dives) - our dive guide Wilson was excellent and helped us keep the dives appropriate for our skill level. I would love to go back and visit Raja with the Amaya crew one day. Thank you to you all!

Fulfilled our best expectations.
After some hours in the boat you already feel like at home. The crew and guides are extraordinarily kind and friendly. The food is one of the best we ever had in a liveaboard . We hope we will join them in the future for one of their other trips.

Amazing
The service is exceptional, and the crew is very efficient. The corals of the Four Kings are very healthy, with large schools of fish. Will come back when there is a chance.

Unforgettable liveaboard
First and foremost, of course, the dives, which showed us the immense biodiversity! The guides and crew made life so easy that the heavy "noise" was almost not noticeable. Showering on deck after diving and then being wrapped in a warm towel is just great! Add a warm drink and the pictures of the dives in your head - great! The food was excellent and I didn't lose weight on this trip!

Good Diving, Friendy Crew and Cozy Liveaboard
We went to excellent dive sites in Misool, Piaynemu and Kri. With the booking system, we had the dive sites pretty much to ourselves but that also means that we might not be able to get the dive site of choice. The excursion to Jellyfish Lake was a nice end to the Misool segment. The crossing was done swiftly and safely. For the second half of the trip, we managed to dive a couple of classic like My Reef, Cape Kri and Melissa’s Garden. Overall we had a exciting adventure in Raja Ampat with good food, wonderful crew and nice diving.
