Based in Ranong, the Sea Wolrd 1 liveaboard offers fantastic dive safaris to Thailand and Myanmar. The boat is designed specifically for divers and caters for up to 18 guests in 9 cabins. Guests can choose between standard double or twin cabins with AC and shared bathroom facilities, or VIP cabins with double beds, AC and en-suite bathrooms. All cabins are located on the main deck and offer sea views. Social areas include the indoor salon with LCD TV, DVD player and stereo system and two partially covered sun decks. The pride of the boat is the kitchen, where guests can watch the master cook prepare delicious Thai, Burmese, Indian and Chinese dishes. Meals are taken at the huge dining table with integrated BBQ, located on the upper deck.
The Sea World 1 dive boat explores some of the best dive areas in the Andaman Sea and Myanmar, including Koh Bon and Richelieu Rock in Thailand and the Mergui Archipelago in Myanmar. Myanmar only recently opened its waters in the late 90's after a period of being closed for over 50 years, and with very few dive boats in the area this untouched reef and few other divers to be seen. Thailand dive itineraries are just as exciting, with the chance to see whale sharks, manta rays, leopard sharks and seahorses at Richelieu Rock and the Surin Islands.
The experienced and passionate crew of the Sea Wolrd 1 liveaboard are ready and waiting to help create a memorable dive holiday in Thailand and Myanmar. Call us or book online today to reserve your space.

Know it's not a zoo but expected to see more large fish.
Reefs almost entirely covered with yellow, orange and lavender soft corals

- Crew was awesome. A few items not seen before.
Pleasant dive trip in Myanmar
The boat and crew were excellent. The diving is pleasant but I was disappointed that the marine park is basically unprotected. There were fishing boats and squid boats everywhere. Not what one would expect after paying an expensive marine park fee. Obviously, this affects the number and size of fish that divers will encounter. A travel tip if you are interested in extending your trip in Myanmar. The boat leaves from Ranong, Thailand and immediately stops in Kawthoung, Myanmar to pass Myanmar immigration. You can obtain a Myanmar visa on your own and disembark in Kawthoung and stay in southern Myanmar.

Well organised and executed getting the best from the week
Diving close to whale sharks. Variety of great dive sites with interesting topography. Being shown seahorses. The non-diving day, relaxing on a remote island, snorkelling in the volcanic crater. The mango and coconut milk 'snack.

- Safety the top concern by all crew and dive masters. Calm weather throughout. I was lucky enough to get my own cabin, due to the way the numbers fell.
Amazing
Amezing divesites, loads of fish, only boat on the dive site. Real professional staff, good food and the best captain and his cat
