The highlight of my 6 weeks trip
It was my first liveaboard and it exceeded my expectations. The diving guides were amazing, very friendly, funny and in a very good mood all the time (thanks Josu, Pablo, Alex, Mayumi and Tam). The diving places were really good. We got to see a lot of things underwater, including mating octopuses, sharks, seahorses and a turtle that literally swam with us for 3 mins. The islands are very beautiful too. The food was just amazing, the chef would make everything from fish and chips to pasta carbonara and traditional Thai soups. And every thing was better than the previous one! The capitan and the rest of the boat crew are really nice too. I would totally do it again when I can!!!

Very enjoyable trip and excellent value
First things first, this is NOT a luxury liveaboard, so don't expect 5-star rooms/hot tubs/personal spa service. Having cleared that up, it is excellent value for the price. Diving: The dives start with the least beautiful one (although i'll still give it a 6/10 for Shark Fin Reef), and then slowly increase in beauty and diversity until it climaxes at the famous Richelieu Rock on our 2nd last day. My diving guide Josu was very fun-loving and knowledgeable, and he took care of our group really well, making every dive safe and enjoyable. Also one of the diving instructors brought along an underwater camera that trip and I paid a very reasonable price for fantastic photos of all 5 days of her photos. Food: The cook on board is a very pleasant Thai mama, and her dishes are very authentic which suits me perfectly. However for western standards it might be spicier than normal food. (She stopped cooking her mouth-watering Thai Curry on day 3 and made other dishes, since it's too spicy for most of the divers... what a pity, since i think it deserves a Michelin Star). However, many western dishes such as spaghetti and Fish n Chips will also be served. Accomodation: The only one I can fault. 4-man rooms unfortunately means running a risk of a clash between preferences, so what might be the right air conditioning temperature setting to one might be too cold or hot to another. I avoided this problem by sleeping on the dining quarters which I found very pleasant with a slight wind breeze... until day 5 when a thunderstorm woke me up at 4am. Also, the sundeck is also the place where the air conditioner exhaust is blown out... thankfully most of the people turned theirs off during daytime so it isn't too bad. Otherwise i'm perfectly satisfied given the value i paid. Clean shared toilets, with biodegradable shower and shampoo provided on board. Summary: 9/10 overall. Will definitely recommend this to other divers.

Pretty Good Experience
Had a nice 5D/4N trip to Similan/Richilieu with The Dolphin Queen. The liveaboard was quite comfortable (especially since it was just half full). The crew was awesome and helpful, on dives and in ensuring everything was well taken care of on board. The diving was great, unfortunately did not spot any big stuff (but that is luck of the draw).

Unbelievable views with a great crew
Dive crew helped me improve my diving and we saw amazing sights with very clear water. The food was also really good, Thai themed despite being on a boat. Night doves, sunset dives, so many dives it was awesome.
