Highlights
The Amelie Safari liveaboard offers a more intimate Red Sea dive experience with just 12 guests onboard. There are 6 comfortable cabins located on the lower deck, each with twin bunk beds, storage space, charging area, and port-hole windows. There are also 2 shared bathrooms with freshwater showers. Social areas include the cosy indoor saloon, dining room, and drinks station, where freshly prepared Egyptian cuisine will be served buffet-style. The whole top deck is an open area with an outdoor covered lounge. Sun -lovers have the choice of 3 areas to sunbathe, including the front deck and high deck which have comfy mattresses to lounge on in-between dives.
Amelie Safari is perfect for a short Red Sea adventure with 3-night itineraries available for those short on time, or longer 7-night itineraries for those that want to enjoy a full week of diving in the Red Sea. There is a large dive deck at the back of the boat with more than enough room for divers to get ready, and Nitrox is also included in the trip price for those certified. All around great trip
Even when the weather was bad the dives were amazing and the crew was very positive. The cook on board made sure we always had a variety of meals and constant snacks. There was always additional amenities available and all needs were met to the fullest extent. The only downside was the quality of rental gear but that is fairly normal for Hurghada.

Amazing diving and hospitality
In addition to liveaboard, I did my PADI advanced certification with Amelie. They were so good. Honestly, I have not come across a better service delivery ever in my life. They really go out of their way to help you on all aspects. They maintain equipment well. As soon as the dive is finished, you will find food ready. Snacks are available all the time. Diving instructor know each and every bit of the diving locations. I have never come across guides with such great understanding of the dive site. It will be difficult to find such perfect service.

Great expierience with some minor hickups
This was such a great experience!! The red sea is incredible and with good food and a lot of support from the crew, it was an absolute blast! I wouldn't change anything, except for the diving guide. He was rude and made a lot of unprofessional "mistakes" that are unforgivable, especially for a boat meant for beginners. These include: - Constantly touching wild life - Constantly fishing during resting times - Causing dangerous situations due to misjudging the current - Doing the absolute minimum required for padi certification and not explaining anything / rushing - Rushing everything under water - Never did any feedback together with the group - Confronting you, if you didn't give him 5 stars in the feedback in the end - Disappearing with no goodbye after receiving his money - Just rude in general DON'T do ANY diving certification, you will learn NOTHING!!! To recap: Positive - Sealife - Crew - Food - Cleanliness - Divespots - Everything, except diving guide Negative: - Diving Guide
