Safari Voyager, Costa Rica

  • from US$ 531 / day

Built in 1982 and refurbished in 2016, the stylish and comfortable Safari Voyager accommodates up to 62 passengers in 32 cabins on each Costa Rica & Panama small ship cruise. There are seven types of cabin to choose between, each en suite with a window, air conditioning, a TV/DVD player, an iPod docking station, a desk, and ample storage. Enjoy the breeze from one of the four decks and top up your tan on the sun deck. Alternatively, enjoy the views through the large windows in the lounge or escape to the library for some private downtime. A free massage is a great way to unwind after an energetic day, and you’ll also find onboard gym equipment and yoga mats. The boat carries snorkelling equipment, kayaks, paddle boards, and skiffs, with easy access to the water from the launch platform. You can also borrow hiking poles for adventures on dry land.

Board the Safari Voyager for an unforgettable adventure around Costa Rica and Panama. Each seven-, eight- and 15-night cruise promises to be filled with awesome wildlife encounters, picturesque views, and activities galore. The seven-night cruise starts in San Jose and ends in Panama City, with highlights that include Manuel Antonio National Park, Curú National Wildlife Refuge, Osa Conservation Area, Coiba National Park, and the Panama Canal. The 15-night journey travels between San Jose and Panama City in both directions. With the same wildlife-rich destinations as the seven-night cruise, you will also visit the pristine beaches and tribal communities of Guna Yala, meet the people of the Darién Jungle, and explore the Pearl Islands. Eight-night trips are available from Colon to Panama City (and vice versa), San Jose to Panama City (reverse option available), and as a round trip from San Jose.

With a guest to crew ratio of 2.2:1, you can be assured the very best service on the Safari Voyager. Call us or book online to arrange your dream cruise in Central America and secure the sailing dates that you desire.
