Every cabin is air-conditioned, with ocean-view windows and private bathrooms. Guests can relax and sunbathe between dives on the lounge beds at the top deck. The dining area doubles up as a lounging and entertainment area. The Palau Sport has two 9-meter tenders to safely and comfortably carry divers to and from dive sites.
The Palau Sport has a large dive deck for kitting up and offers 4 dives per day in world-famous sites throughout the year. From August to March, the Palau Sport is in Palau. From April through June, the Palau Sport takes divers to the Tubbataha Reefs in Palawan, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. And, in July, guests can dive in Cebu. Divers can expect majestic coral gardens and esteemed wreck dives such as The Malayan Wreck and Delsan Wreck - located in North Atoll Tubbataha and South Atoll Tubbataha reefs, respectively. Superb experience on my first liveaboard trip
The dive guides are very funny, attentive and friendly. They offered help whenever I approached them and made me worry-free. They are also very cautious to the protection of Tubbataha, such as picking up marine debris and making sure divers would not accidentally damage the corals. They dive deck is very spacious and each diver has a large space to gear up. The cabin and bed were comfortable, and would be even better if there was some noise reduction measures for the air conditioning and boat engine. Food was served in buffet style and tasted good. Chef is good at making different kinds of food and desserts. Blueberry donut is super yummy!
