The food was excellent and crew was very attentive
Galapagos Master had an excellent surprise travel service - when we arrived a Quito airport, someone was waiting in line for us already, and expedited our check in process. Seamless, and thoughtful! This saved us a tremendous amount of time and avoided any confusion about how to navigate check-in.

Amazing diving in remote locations and saw everything and more above my expectations.
Whaleshark close up, Mantas galore, lots of Sharks although thermoclines didn’t give that fantastic picture

Excellent dive operation
Galapagos Master has the best itinerary, spending two gays at Darwin as well as diving at Isabella and Fernandina, so we saw Whale sharks (some massive!), schooling Hammerheads, Marine Iguanas and Mola, as well as amazing marine life and two good land tours.

great diving in spectacular location
We generally liked our stay at the Galapagos Master (this was our 2nd time on this boat) and had an overall good experience. The service and assistance provided by liveabord.com was extraordinary, they always responded fast and solution-oriented, so we would definetly book with liveaboard.com again. The Galapagos are of course a spectacular diving location and we saw lots of hammersheads, Galapagos sharks eagle rays, some whalesharks and other fish! We feel that the diving operation has some room for improvement compared to our last trip 4 years ago, for example a longer check dive the first day (and not only 10 Min next to the beach), and more strict enforcement of the announced schedule (we ran with some delay most days). One thing they could improve would also be to put the dive groups together according to dive experience and not because they sit together at the dive deck. We happened to be in a group with more inexperienced divers whos air consumption was very different to ours. But overall we still had a great experience and we would totally recommend the Galapagos as a dive destination and would 100% recommend to book with liveaboard.com!

A guide for eight divers is an insecurity factor
I don't recommend the Galapagos master. On the second dive in Darwin, we had serious problems due to sound equipment placed in the low pressure hose! The air began to leak and the guide did not solve the problem. We climbed almost out of breath and didn't make the safety stop. It all happened because of the horn placed on our equipment by the Galápagos master! Not even the guide accompanied us to the surface. We almost had a serious accident due to the lack of structure at the operator.
