Highlights
Built with divers' needs in mind, M/Y Black Pearl offers week-long itineraries to Palau, one of the world's top diving destinations. 12 guest cabins cater to 24 guests. Each cabin features twin beds, ensuite bathrooms, AC, and a safety deposit box. The new 200x210cm latex mattresses with 300-thread count Egyptian cotton will submerge guests in luxury and comfort.
Social areas include a large sun deck with beach beds, tanning benches, a dedicated camera setup area, a lounge with a TV, and a 6-person whirlpool. The outdoor terrace at the back of the boat is ideal for a sundowner to reflect on the day’s adventures.
The M/Y Black Pearl features a comfortable dive deck fitted with anti-slip flooring, a designated camera maintenance area with a low-pressure air gun and work table, and 2 fully-kitted diving skiffs. Palau is known for having some of the best diving in the world, with a huge variety of marine life, deep drop-offs, wrecks, and cave systems. Itineraries visit some of Palau's most notable dive sites, including Blue Holes and Blue Corner. The cruise also includes visiting the stunning Jellyfish Lake for a memorable snorkeling session among hundreds of harmless jellyfish. The Black Pearl doesn't require many logged dives; however, divers should be comfortable diving in currents to join this trip, as these can be unpredictable and quite strong in some dive sites. Inexperienced and beginner-level divers may find some dives quite challenging and may be asked by the Cruise Director to skip dives unsuitable for their diving experience level.

Perfect Service and incredible dive guides.
Our first Liveaboard. Absolutely the greatest diving experience of our lives. In the past -2 months we dove French Polynesia for 15 days, Florida Keys for a week, and the Maldives for 18 days. The Black Pearl and Palau diving wins out hands down.

Will definitely come back during dry season and experience the spawning!
Although there was rain at the beginning of the trip, the last few days with the sun out really make me appreciate the view even more. Even with lower visibility, we still had amazing diving every time with a lot of sharks, turtles and schools of fishes. The crew was always helpful and always listening to our concerns and needs.

A Premium Diving Masterpiece: 2 Weeks on the Black Pearl
My 2-week trip on the Black Pearl was outstanding, thanks to the pristine yacht and the incredibly helpful crew. The diving was spectacular, ranging from sharks and mantas to caves and vibrant schools of fish. Most importantly, the small group ratio—one guide for just 4 divers—was a game-changer, allowing us to enjoy full 60-minute dives with maximum safety. The culinary experience was also exceptional; the food was delicious, and they took great care of my dietary needs, including sugar-free options. However, a word of advice for fellow divers: Palau features some of the strongest currents I have ever encountered in my extensive diving experience. It can be quite dangerous if you aren't experienced with heavy currents, so I highly recommend being well-prepared. That said, don't hesitate to visit—just come expecting intense currents and enjoy the thrilling experience of using a reef hook; it’s truly a must-try here!

Awesome liveaboard trip
The Black Pearl is a really special liveaboard boat; we have done 15 liveaboards around the world and this ship is a real stand out. Like a private yacht. The crew are excellent; from Cruise director Mo down to the chefs, house keepers and boat guys. All were extremely attentive and friendly. Great food, great fellow divers and great diving in Palau.

We had a great week on a lovely boat in a beautiful location, and some stellar dives with strong currents.
The best single experience was the first reef hook - beautiful. The best 50 minute dive was the morning of the last day, in Ulong Channel - terrific drift. The beach barbecue was also lovely.

- Reef hooks! We had not used them before.. Bathrooms in the cabin were lovely.. Fresh fruits and vegetables at the meals, plus the oatmeal before the first dive..

Amazing week on the black pearl
By far the best live-aboard I've been to so far and it's all down to the crew, from the cruise director through the dive guides and everyone else on board who really work hard to make sure everyone is happy. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, diving is very easy from the dhingies and there was always a lot of good food ready after diving. I usually like to complain but it was really hard to do this week :)
