O Carpe Novo é o iate mais amplo da frota Carpe Diem e oferece mergulho durante todo o ano nas Maldivas. 12 cabines confortáveis distribuídas em 3 decks acomodam 22 hóspedes a bordo. As Suítes Júnior, localizadas no convés superior, possuem camas de casal ou camas de solteiro e vistas para o oceano. As 6 cabines padrão no convés inferior têm uma cama queen-size e uma cama de solteiro ou duas camas de solteiro. Há também duas suítes individuais no convés principal, ideais para viajantes solo. Também no convés principal, há o amplo salão com ar-condicionado com vistas panorâmicas, TV, sistema de entretenimento e biblioteca. O convés superior é onde os pratos recém-preparados são servidos na mesa de jantar ao ar livre, para que os hóspedes possam desfrutar das vistas deslumbrantes e do ar marinho. O deque ao sol tem muitas espreguiçadeiras acolchoadas e uma área de estar parcialmente sombreada para tomar sol entre os mergulhos ou apreciar um coquetel ao pôr do sol.
Os itinerários do Carpe Novo cobrem alguns dos melhores locais de mergulho que as Maldivas têm a oferecer. As rotas clássicas têm duração de 7 a 10 noites e exploram os atóis de Male, Ari, Vaavu e Rasdhoo, para citar alguns. As viagens para o 'Sul Profundo' são para mergulhadores mais experientes que serão recompensados com encontros com tubarões martelo e emocionantes mergulhos em canais. O mergulho ocorre a partir do barco de apoio tipo dhoni, que está totalmente equipado para dar aos mergulhadores todo o espaço necessário para se equipar, armazenar equipamentos e enxaguar. Há também uma sala dedicada para câmeras a bordo, com portas de carregamento e uma área seca para trocar baterias e cartões de memória, para que você não perca nenhuma ação.

Great Boat that needs Leadership
(1) This was my ninth LiveAboard dive trip... and this boat was different because it had no cruise director. The Carpe Novo is led by the 4 Maldivian Dive Guides. Maldivians are (by nature) a very quiet people that, in this case, lack energy and leadership skills. I didn't even know who was in charge after my first 5 hours on the boat. I don't think a head count was taken at the beginning... because I was in my room and missed the initial Boat Safety/ Familiarization/ Welcome Brief. When everybody was leaving at the end... the Guides were nowhere to be found. After a guest asked about them to say goodbye, a crew member found them in their room and brought them out. (2). The first couple of dives were chaotic because the dive guides insisted on keeping 22 divers in the water at the same location! We scared away potential sharks and swam on top of each other! TOTAL frustration! After A LOT of complaining... the guides finally did a better job a separating the groups. (3). This was a great trip overall... We saw Tiger Sharks, Whale sharks, Manta Rays, Sting Rays, Dolphins, Eagle Rays, Nurse Sharks, and White-tip Sharks. (4). The food was awesome! (5). Will I come to Maldives again? Definitely! Will I cruise Carpe Novo? Probably not.

Großartige Tauchsafari
Die „Best of Malediven Tour“ war großartig. Wir haben sehr viele Haie gesehen, hatten einen Nachttauchgang mit Mantas und einen mit Nurse Sharks und anderem Getier. Es waren nur zehn Taucher an Bord, so dass wir sehr viel Platz hatten. Das Essen war fantastisch, sehr vielfältig und extrem lecker.

Great experience
Boat condition was really great, even we got the under deck room, room was spacious and especially toilet was super clean and big. Staffs were all friendly and remember each divers taste and needs and gave service accordingly. Food was fantastic! Chief is always caring about how the guests think about food! Diving was fantastic! Diving guides hears about what guests want to see and plan accordingly ! Definitely recommend the trip with Carpe Novo team.

Excellent Liveaboard
This was a the Deep South Itinerary which was a truly memorable experience. Numerous Shark, Manta and Turtle encounters. Carpe Novo is an excellent boat which really feels spacious. I had a standard bedroom which was huge and had an equally large bathroom. The crew really make the trip special. A variety of delicious food with lots to choose from including an island BBQ on one of the nights. The dive guides are very knowledgeable and take you to the best spots. All in all a truly memorable week and I will return.

Amazing trip
What an amazing trip! Maldives is always the best, and Carpe Novo was best choice for me. There are very well experienced guides and friendly crews on the board👍they are all Madivians, so they know the ocean of Maldives really well, guess this is so important fact to take a trip with Deep south in Maldives. Foods were so nice. I will choose Carpe series again for next Maldive trip.

Great dive safari - highly recommended, I hope to be back
Small and international group of like minded divers, excellent dive guide (Maazin), impressive oceanic life (mantas, rays, sharks, macros, beautiful corals), helpful staff, clean boat, good and plenty food. Wifi only available sometimes. Personally I prefer to have one designated buddy than a group buddy system but it worked out well for our group:)

Having dived for many years and specially in Maldives, this was my 9th trip for diving there I was very happy with this trip and it went beyond my expectations
Several great sightings from Manta Rays, Whale Sharks, Eagle rays and many reef sharks. Each dive was well planned with safety in mind
