SS Mary Anne은 갈라파고스를 여행하는 아름다운 소형 크루즈입니다. 선박 길이는 52m이며 세개의 돛대에 1000m2의 돛이 달려 있는 스쿠너로, 갈라파고스 일대를 엔진 없이 운항하는 소수의 선박 중 하나입니다. 승객들은 직접 돛을 올리는 것을 체험해 볼 수 있으며, 경험 많은 크루가 갈라파고스 항해에 대한 모든 것을 설명해 줄 것입니다.

Old ship navigates the Galápagos Islands
Way to see and explore the natural beauty and animals of Ecuador. A long lens camera is a must! The Mary Anne is a super old sailboat whose sails only go up twice in a week. The first and last days were a wash as the boat was not ready and the crew did not want to do an excursion on the day of departure (100% were on their cell phones calling and checking messages). Passengers were from UK, USA and Europe but it was a very old group. Based on the very rich price and dumbed down excursions, I cannot recommend.

- Ship kept to itinerary though excursions were dumbed down for the out-of-shape seniors; if you love meat, the food is great — as a vegetarian, it was not good (think meat substitutes); friendly crew but not a single one spoke English!!

Great crew, fantastic destination, pretty decent ship
Seeing all the animals was great, Crew was very friendly and helpful, safety seemed important. Snorkeling gear good, shorty wetsuits were $25 for week and needed. October weather fair as expected, seas a bit rough. The arrival airport transfer arrangements were quite disapppointing, cobbled together on the spot after a long wait with no contact person available. There was supposed to be an excursion last day, but guide had a flight that required leaving boat at 7 AM. Food basic/bland but well prepared. Able to accommodate different diets. I had low expectations for the sailing portion and these were met. Before leaving, I noticed last minute deals for half of what I paid for trip.

Magical experience
Visiting the Galapagos is the most extraordinary experience. We snorkeled 1-2 times a day, swimming with penguins, sealions, sharks, giant turtles, rays, and all kinds of beautiful fish. On land, the birds and iguanas and tortoises were amazing and everywhere. And we visited one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen.
