De M/V Carpe Novo is een nieuw schip van 43 meter lang en is het zusterschip van de Carpe Vita en de Carpe Diem. Het staat garant voor prachtige duikvakanties op de Malediven. De Carpe Novo heeft 12 hutten, die allemaal voorzien zijn van een televisie en dvd-speler, airconditioning, opbergplekken en een en-suite badkamer. Het schip kan maximaal 22 gasten verwelkomen. Op het hoofddek vind je een prachtige salon met flatscreentelevisie en entertainmentsysteem, en een bibliotheek. Ook vind je er een overdekte outdoor lounge. Op het bovendek is het al-frescorestaurant waar de heerlijke maaltijden opgediend worden en waar de bar is. Op het half-overdekte zonnedek hier kun je heerlijk ontspannen of genieten van de prachtige uitzichten over de Malediven.

Er is een volledig ingerichte dhoni van waar de duiken plaatsvinden. Hier is ook veel ruimte om je duikuitrusting op te zetten of je spullen op te bergen. De ervaren en professionele bemanning van de Carpe Novo neemt je mee naar de mooiste duikplekken van de Malediven, vol met kleurrijke vissen en koralen.

Excellenet diving in the Maldives

Mantarays, lots of them! I have seen mantarays many times but on this trip we saw them all the time. By now I think I have seen all the mantarays I deserve for the rest of my life! :)

Great fish life

Everything went smooth. We rented the diving gear and it all worked fine. The dive guides adjusted the dives to the experience of the divers The diving was great with lots of fishlife but no whale shark. The corals were in a very bad condition

I loved this trip! Absolutely everything was organised and the communication prior to the trip (as well as during) was always prompt and included the necessary information. The highlights the trip for me where see a whale shark, many many manta rays, lots of different types of sharks I hadn't yet seen and octopus. The dive masters were quality. They took us to good sites and had a good knowledge of the areas we would be diving and what we could expect to see. I enjoyed that the tanks were always changed for us when it was time to do the next dive. There was a great variety of food served throughout the day. It was very hard to be hungry on this trip.
