De KLM Gaya Baru Indah is een traditionel zeilschip dat duikvakanties aanbiedt rond 'Bird's Head Seascape' in Indonesië. Tijdens deze reis wordt er ook langs Raja Ampat en Cenderasasih Bay gevaren. Over het algemeen neemt het schip maar 8-10 gasten mee aan boord, waardoor zij een gepersonaliseerde en intieme service biedt. Er zijn 4 cabines aanwezig aan boord, waarvan twee met een tweepersoonsbed, twee met twee eenpersoonsbedden. Ierdere cabine is uitgerust met airconditioning, ventilator en leeslampje. Op het bovendek bevinden zich drie gedeelde badkamers met vers water, shampoo, zeet en een toilet. Aan boord van de Gaya Baru Indah is er genoeg ruimte om te ontspannen en van de schitterende omgeving te genieten. Gedurende de dag worden er luifels opgezet om ontsnapping en schaduw te bieden van de hete, tropische zon. In de avond worden deze weer opgeruimd zodat gasten kunnen genieten van de prachtige sterrenhemel. Er worden iedere dag drie heerlijke maaltijden en aanvullende snacks klaargemaakt die bestaan uit een mix van Indonesische en westerse gerechten. De Gaya Indah Baru heeft 13 bemanningsleden voor 8 passagiers, wat betekent dat er altijd iemand beschikbaar is om de gewaardeerde gasten te helpen maximaal van hun reis te genieten.
De routes duren 7 tot 12 dagen, waarbij er gedurende de reis ook nachtduiken worden aangeboden. De duikgroepen worden met een maximum van 4 duikers klein gehouden, zodat iedereen het meest uit de duiken kan halen. Door haar extreem rijke bio-diversiteit is Raja Ampat in korte tijd een van de meest bekende duikplekken ter wereld geworden. Cenderawasih is nog niet zo bekend als Raja Ampat, maar biedt duiken die van gelijke waarde zijn. Ook hier kunt u oog in oog komen te staan met roggen, haaien, kleurrijke koraalriffen en grote scholen met tropische vissen. De Gaya Baru Indah bezoekt ook Triton Bay en de Banda Sea, nog twee iconische duikgebieden met enkele van de beste duiken die Indonesië te bieden heeft.
Het overdekte duikdek biedt voldoende ruimte om persoonlijke spullen op te bergen en beschikt over spoelbakken. Amazing Liveaboard experience in Raja
I did the 10 day tour through the South of Raja Ampat, and had an amazing time! The crew is so welcoming and friendly, the south seems to be the less traveled route due to the distance covered, and we were usually the only divers at the site, and our groups were small with 3 divers to a dive guide. On top of the diving, I loved the food, and they were able to easily accommodate the vegan members onboard with some very delicious meals! I will definitely book with them again if Im lucky enough to visit paradise twice and highly recommend them.

Fantastic diving experience with tons of sea life
Amazing trip with professional divemasters and extremely kind and helpful crew. Well planned itinerary. Saw manta rays, wobbegongs, turtles, countless species of fish and coral.

Feel of an exclusive cruise but on a small boat
Our 1 week trip had a great itinerary including some outstanding dive sites and three excellent land excursions. The boat was beautiful, with plenty of space for relaxing and for kitting up. The crew and Ralph, one of the owners, were always on hand to help. We weren’t always fortunate with the weather or dive visibility but it didn’t detract from the whole lovely Raja Ampat experience. Would definitely recommend this liveaboard.

Stunning experience
I enjoyed Every single moment onboard and underwater, the crew is very helpful and knowledgeable about the marine life, food is good and the trip is well organized. Boat and cabins are comfortable and clean, many bathrooms and crew focused on your best stay. I would do it again!

Tolle Safari zum erschwinglichen Preis
Wer Luxus haben will, ist hier nicht ganz richtig. Einfache Kabinen, Duschen/Toiletten. In unsere Kabine hat die Aircon nicht funktioniert, was nicht schlimm war, weil nachts der Generator aus ist und die Aircon deshalb nicht betrieben wird. Man hat aber kleine Ventilatoren am Bett, die nicht über den Generator laufen, die vollkommen reichen. Die Crew war unglaublich toll! Genauso wie das Essen, abwechslungsreich und lecker!
