De ruime, 43m lange, Nautilus Two Maldives kan tot 24 gasten onderbrengen in 12 cabines. Met een gemiddelde van 20m2 per cabine, maakt dit ze tot een van de ruimste in haar klasses. Alle cabines zijn uitgerust met een tweepersoonsbed, eenpersoonsbedden, bureau, spiegel, grote kledingkast en airconditioning. Daarnaast hebben ze ook een eigen en-suite badkamer met massagedouche. Aan boord van de Nautilus Two is er genoeg ruimte om te ontspannen. Alle maaltijden worden geserveer in de salon, waar een oude dhoni dient als de centrale buffettafel. Hier kunnen gasten kiezen uit lokale specialiteiten en gerechten uit de Europese keuken. De bar biedt koude bieren van de tap en een grote selectie aan wijnen en andere alcoholische dranken. De boeg van de boot is een populaire plek wegens haar koele bries en de schaduw. Het grote zonnedek heeft genoeg ligstoelen voor iedereen en biedt een geweldig uitzicht.
Alle duiken vinden plaats vanuit een duikdhoni, de Dhe Kaffi. Alle compressors bevinden zich tevens op deze boot, waardoor u verzekerd bent van een goede nachtrust. De dhoni heeft veel ruimte aan boord en heeft genoeg opbergruimte voor alle duikers. Ook is er Nitrox aanwezig voor gecertificeerde duikers en de dhoni zal altijd in de buurt blijven wegens veiligheidsredenen. ENOS-duikersreddingssysteem wordt gratis verstrekt. Tijdens een typische duikdag in de Malediven worden er 3 duiken gemaakt, waarbij het ook mogelijk is om gedurende de week een aantal nachtduiken te maken. Het wordt aangeraden dat duikers minimaal 40 duiken aan ervaring hebben om het meeste uit deze duikgebieden te halen.

Dives were good but I would not rebook this boat!
The safari was good overall but the end left me not wanting to rebook with this boat. I have no complaints about the crew or the boat itself. The dives were all good and I never found any of the dives bad (I have on other boats) I had a few amazing experiences like snorkeling with a whale shark on the way back from a dive. I did find myself wanting to try one of the different dive guides but that didn't seem to be an option. I did insist at one point that I get a new dive buddy and after that, I really felt like I didn't have a buddy at all. They also didn't have a lot of spare equipment after about 3 dives I noticed that my fins were too small and were giving me sores. I asked they gave me an old pair of boots (one was completely torn in the back) & a new set of fins, which wouldn't have been an issue but I was getting charged like 10 euros a day for them. They also didn't have enough dive lights for all the divers going on the night dive, thankfully my camera had a light (I also found a light on a dive and gave it to them so they have another one). They also skipped over me when passing out reef hooks when we did a channel dive (I had to ask to make sure I got one). I was also not pleased that they indicated that the safari should have 18 dives, and yet we only did 16 (15 if you had an early flight on departure day) actual dives, they counted snorkeling at Hanifaru Bay as a dive and made us pay extra for the experience. We also had 3 dives in the same spot for the check-out dive and then on the last diving day. I felt there were several days that they could've included a night dive (we only had 1) or we could've made a 3rd dive when we only had 2 dives. I also feel like they could've cultivated more group activities when we weren't diving, like a game night, karaoke, or movie night. It would've been nice to even just have something at the start of the trip where we all introduced ourselves. Since food is a big factor in enjoying the trip I would put the Nautilus' food as okay but underwhelming. I've been on 3 other liveaboards (1 in Komodo, 2 in GBR) and I'd rank this as my least favorite. Nothing was bad, but nothing was amazing either and I found myself wishing I could've just made my own meals. What completely turned me off was the end of the trip. A major reason I booked the Nautilus was because it indicated that gratuities were included in the initial price, however, the crew still asked for tips at the end. Other people I talked to weren't happy about this either and one told me she didn't tip. I felt guilted into tipping because I was unsure if the gratuity that was supposed to be included would actually be given to the crew. I also was unhappy that my rental equipment price did not include the 26% Maldivian tax, nitrox was charged @ an extra euro per dive. This meant that the expected $400 for gear & nitrox was over $500. I would also add that the listings for Nautilus mention taking classes on board but they don't have an instructor at the moment. It had been over 10 years since my last liveaboard, so it was a good refresher and learning experience for when I go to book my next one.

Incredible diving with excellent dive guides.
The diving experience was superb. Dive crew and dive support team were efficient, communicated well, led the groups well, flexible to changes in group configuration based on customer preferences (use of nitrox, dive depth, etc.), and kept everyone safe despite some strong winds and high seas.

An unusual and excellent dive boat experience
This was my BEST overall ever scuba diving experience (20th international, 16th Liveaboard). 1. Well-run 11 day/10 night liveaboard daily program; 2. dive sites; 3. dive guides; 4. huge suites; 5. unusual and lovely dive boat with a separate dive boat (dhoanis) that contained all the "wet" aspects of the dive -- tanks, wet suits, camera tanks...

even if you didn’t dive (i didn’t) the trip was fabulous.
since i chose not to dive (personal reasons), reading, making new friends, relaxing in an atmosphere where i was not rushed, rinse and repeat.

Wonder crew and board
The whole crew were 5 stars. The dive guides, Coco, Alson and Maui are very safety oriented and try their best to accommodate every diver. The food was plentiful and delicious.

a great trip and crew
The diving was good despite poor weather and variable visibility. Some of the dive sites were crowded with other live aboard boats but we often were able to find some solitary reefs. The guides were excellent at briefings before the dives, at checking conditions before we went in and at finding novel creatures during the dives.

Amazing Service and Wildlife on Nautilus 2, with Some Missed Opportunities
I had a fantastic trip aboard the Nautilus 2. The organization was seamless, from pick-up to drop-off. The cabins were spacious, the salon comfortable, and the sundeck impressively large. We traveled up north to Baa Atoll, but we stayed anchored at the same spot for three consecutive nights, with several other boats nearby—this could have been managed better for a more exclusive experience. Throughout the week, we encountered incredible wildlife, including mantas, whale sharks, and more. However, the check dive and the last dive took place in Hulhumale at a site called 'Shark Tank,' where sharks are actively fed by dive guides (though not by the Nautilus team). I believe this practice shouldn't be supported by any dive shop or liveaboard, and the time spent on these dives could have been better utilized elsewhere.

Schöne Tauchplätze, alles ging sehr Gut, gute Laune auf dem Boot. Leider war das Wette nicht optimal, aber dass wussten wir als wir gebucht haben.

Great north trip with Nautilus 2
I had a great time on Nautilus 2. The boat is very spacious and comfortable. The cabins and toilets/ showers were comparably big,too. The crew and guides were very friendly and professional. The food was awesome! We also had a barbecue on board and a dinner on the beach. Some special food evenings with local specialties as well and that was overall very satisfying. Divingwise we got to see quite some big fish and Mantas. Manta Night Dive and a Whaleshark hung out by the boat as well. The sea is not a zoo but we were quite lucky I guess. The crew was very helping and professional in the diving routine as well. I can definitely recommend this boat!
