De Teman is een 36 meter lange traditionele Indonesische phinisi die 12 gasten meeneemt op duiksafari's en avontuurlijke cruises in Indonesië. Er zijn 5 cabines aan boord, 3 tweepersoons en 2 driepersoons, allemaal met en-suite badkamers met warme douches, airconditioning, bergruimte en patrijspoorten. De grote overdekte buitenruimte is de perfecte plek voor gasten om samen te komen en te genieten van heerlijke huisgemaakte gerechten. De specialiteiten van de chef zijn een mix van westerse en lokale gerechten die passen bij ieders dieet en zijn inclusief versgebakken brood, gebak en cake. De zonnedekken bieden open en overdekte gebieden met zitzakken en ligstoelen, ideaal om te genieten van de zon tussen de duiken door of te genieten van de zeebries.
De Teman liveaboard heeft al 20 jaar ervaring met het varen door Indonesië en heeft een bemanning van 10, de Cruise Director niet meegerekend. De Teman is gemaakt van hout en neemt duikers mee op tochten naar Komodo en Raja Ampat, afhankelijk van het seizoen. Als avontuurlijke cruise bezoekt de Teman de Banda Zee, Triton Bay, Sulawesi en Halmahera. De Raja Ampat routes bezoeken locaties als Misool, Pianemo & Penemu, de Wayag Archipelago, Wofoh Island, de Dampier Strait en Gam's Jungle. De Kommodo routes nemen gasten mee naar locaties als Batu Bolong, Makassar Reef, Golden Passage, Castel Rock en vele andere.

Amazing start to finish
This trip was perfect in every way. Of course, the diving is second to none. I wonder how I will dive anywhere else. The boat is beautiful and maintained well. It’s nicely laid out with covered and open spaces never fell like I was getting cabin fever, even though I was on the boat for 10 nights. The dive crew is expert and take care of everything. Preparing your equipment, loading it, helping you get it on, making sure it’s just right, and thinking through and explaining each dive, and what is great about it. They were enthusiastic, prepared, professional, and fun. The cabins are nicely appointed, with air-conditioning, and the boat is so stable. we didn’t take any of the sea sickness pills that I brought. I went there with my family, so there were 10 of us on the boat, which was a really great way to do it. If you can find a bunch of people to go in on it with you. We paid for an extra dive guide for my dad, which was really helpful and gave us flexibility. Just amazing

Amazing experience!
I had an amazing time on the Teman. The staff is incredibile, they fullfill every wish for you. Also the diving instructures are very professional and helpful. I have not much diving experience and felt very comfortable with them and gained trust very quickly. High comfort in cabins, a lot of space on the boat to chill and relax. I loved the half day trips to the islands with the view points. The only thing that was missing for me was Indonesian food, they kitchen is rather western, which was really good but a bit more of Indonesian kitchen would have been nice.

Magnificent
Diving with manta rays, friendliness of the staff and the knowledge of the dive crew. They took us to the sites which they knew would be the best for the conditions and made everything so easy for us. The food on board was incredible, the cabins were clean and comfortable and the trip was very relaxing.
