The Steigenberger Royale offers a 15-day voyage from Aswan to Cairo through historically significant sites and temples. The cruise starts in Aswan, in the remarkable High Dam, and explores the Unfinished Obelisk and Philae Temple. Then, the boat travels south to Abu Simbel, home to the Sobek temple, before beholding the Horus Temple located in Edfu. After a day exploring Luxor’s West Bank and Karnak Temples, the ship departs for Qena to visit Denderah temple. Set sail for Naga Hamadi and Tel El-Amarna before stopping in El-Minya and journeying back centuries with a visit to Beni Hassan Tombs. Near the end of the trip, guests will visit the Pyramids and the Sphinx before overnighting in Cairo and visiting the Egyptian Museum and Citadel.
