It was amazing! 🤩
The moment we left the trip, we wanted to get right back on the boat and do another trip. That’s how good it was! Vincent and the crew were awesome, they answered any concerns we had and were flexible with everyone’s needs on the boat. The amount of money you pay doesn’t equate to the level of comfort you get - the crew went out of their way to make every single day and dive super fun, enjoyable and relaxing for us. We are already making plans for our next trip which will be very soon 😎

Champaign experience on a beer budget
Vincent and his staff ensured the best experience. The dives sites were quite good although visibility and surges weren’t always the most cooperative. The dive guides and boat crew worked together being flexible with time and location to ensure the best experience. Food was delicious and overly abundant. We can’t recommend this boat and crew enough, a fantastic time.

Overall a seamless, well organized, run operation, with well planned dives and all in great comfort!
I have been fortunate to be on a few Liveaboards and this trip exceeded my initial expectation. The crew, the focus on safety, attention to detail and of course the diving were all exceptional and good value for money. Vincent runs a tight ship and will have you miss his wakey wakey routine! Fred who was the dive instructor in our group was a gem and Neptune underwater! Rishab and Pong instructors from the other groups were the octopus whispererand Zen master respectively were lovely to be around. Personally would have no hesitation recommending Pawara or taking another trip on the boat. The chef and kitchen will keep ensure your belly lines grow inspite of all the diving :) Thank you for a lovely time and the only wish was that this trip was longer.

A different experience for divers
Saw a barracuda storm at our last day of trip. Saw a ghost pipefish. Too bad the visibility at Richelieu rock was bad, only did one dive there. Visit end of the season, heard the visibility would be clear during that time.

Normal sea condition / boat at Similan
Though it was not good visibility, enjoyed large number of fishes especially at Richelieu Rock. One thing disappointed was the diving guide. A lady guide seemed to enjoyed diving by herself, showed us nothing (She said we should not disturb marine life so she pointed out nothing and just swim). Our group complained about that to the dive director, he swiftly changed the guide for us. Food was very nice, we enjoyed authentic spicy Thai food.

An Excellent Experience
Firstly, the boat is really well managed by Vincent and everything is run incredibly smoothly. The food is plentiful and of a very high standard. A lot of care is taken in finding mooring sites that enable everyone to get a good nights sleep and internet coverage where possible. The complete dive setup is carried out to make it as easy as possible for guests and they quickly spot when someone needs some help and provide it immediately. When in the water, the ability of the guides to try and avoid the crowds, provide good finds and generally ensure the dive goes well and maximise the time in the water is superb. Once surfaced, the pick up is done quickly and with minimum hassle. You have to use a dingy but that is due to National Park rules and nothing to do with the boat. Once back on the liveaboard, every effort is made to ensure everyone has a good time and the guides mix well with guests. A special mention to the dive guide Stefan who you will not meet a nicer person. Extremely caring and always ready to share a joke at his or your expense! I would net hesitate to recommend Pawara and it’s crew to anyone!
