New for 2016, and the sister ship to MV Pawara is the Sawasdee Fasai. A custom-built dive liveaboard offering trips to the amazing dive sites of the Andaman Sea between October and May each year. The enormous dive deck on board ensures enough room for the 26 divers onboard, with ample gear storage and kitting-up space. Aboard the Sawasdee Fasai, divers can experience the amazing dive sites of the Andaman Sea and explore the famous dive sites of Richelieu Rock, Koh Bon, Elephant Head Rock, or Koh Tachai in the Similan Islands.
Topside, the Sawasdee Fasai, has 15 air-conditioned cabins catering to a maximum of 30 guests. Located on the main deck are 2 master cabins and 5 deluxe cabins, each with sea views and en-suite bathrooms. On the lower deck are 4 standard cabins with en-suite bathrooms and 4 budget cabins with shared bathroom facilities. There is plenty of room for relaxation with the huge sundeck, outside lounge area, indoor lounge, and refreshment bar.

Magical!
What an amazing experience with Sawasdee Fasai! I loved every minute. The diving was beautiful with great visibility and variety of underwater life. Loved the corals and the abundance of fish especially at Richelieu Rock which is now one of the best dives of my life. All the dive sites were great however and I enjoyed the trip immensely. The crew were fantastic and run a great operation. Nothing was too much for them, always helpful and smiling. Food was delicious. Budget cabin was more than adequate. Shout out to Rob our excellent divemaster who took great care of our group and always pointed out interesting things underwater. Would recommend this trip 100%.

Wow, what an adventure! From start to finish, this livaboard top is arranged. From the ladies of the kitchen to the boat crew and the divemasters, our compliments to everyone! What a top performers and how incredibly hard they each work. We are super spoiled. The food was delicious, something different every day. Are you vegetarian? No problem! Before your dive, the girls are ready with water, after your dive with a delicious cup of tea and a warm cloth. It doesn't matter what time it is, 06:00 in the morning you get a smile, 23:00 in the evening still a smile. The energy on board was fantastic and we loved every minute of it. Thank you very much again, one to remember and will go with us as a memory that we look back on with a smile. Fantastic diving, great accommodations, and fabulous food!!
I loved the dives and the sites. Some of the dives were like being in an aquarium with tons of fish!! The food was fantastic! I loved Richelieu Rock site!! Our room was the large state room so it was very roomy.

I can highly recommend after doing three trips onboard!
This was my third trip on the Sawasdee Fasai and will definitely book again! If the weather allows it, you can do 4 or even 5 dives at Richelieu Rock (my favorite) and also a few on Koh Tachai (my second favorite). The last night they do a BBQ and small party on the upper deck which is super nice!

A good trip with your first liveaboard challenge
This is the first time I've been to a liveaboard on this ship. I stayed in the cheapest budget room and it wasn't bad to sleep well. The crew members were very friendly and appreciated for helping us get on the dinghy or getting ready to get in. The master guided us well and we had a pleasant experience. What did the sea say? It was really good. I want to go again. I already miss it.

Wonderful boat and crew.
My overall experience was lovely. This was my first lliveaboard experience. It is really a great way to dive distant spots and make friends hanging out w the same people for several days.
