The M.V. Misty Fjord takes small ship cruises to a whole new level. Custom built for exploring the Alaskan wilderness, she has just five beautiful cabins and caters to just ten lucky guests each trip. Bond with your fellow adventurers as you discover what makes Alaska so unique. Each cabin has its own name. All have a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries, rich wooden finishes, and ample storage space. Cosmo is the only cabin on the lower deck; the other four are on the main deck. Cosmo and Chatham have a queen-sized bed, whilst Rowen, Windham, and Neva have end-to-end single beds. The stylish indoor common areas feature teak wood and large windows. The covered observation deck is a great spot to enjoy the vistas and take some fresh air. The onboard naturalist will answer any questions you may have, and there are kayaks for fun water explorations.
Enjoy an intimate seven-night trip around Alaska with the small-yet-sturdy M/V Misty Fjord. Sailing from Sitka to Juneau, you’ll enjoy several of Sitka’s sights before setting sail to Peril Strait, where you’ll spend your first night. You’re likely to spot lots of fascinating wildlife on the way. Discover Baranof Island and enjoy water activities and shore walks at Tenakee Inlet. Lookout for whales in Icy Point, enjoy the tranquility of Port Frederick, take a hovercraft ride to the Taku Glacier, sail through the rugged Tracy Arm Fjord, and watch wildlife at Brothers Island and Frederick Sound. Due to the small number of guests, it is possible for some activities to be tailored to individual interests. Transfers are included from the airport or your hotel.
