The Sylvia Earle accommodates up to 130 guests on Arctic expedition cruises. Accommodation ranges from triple-share staterooms to balcony cabins and suites, offering comfortable spaces to unwind after a day ashore. The ship’s Ulstein X-BOW® design helps smooth crossings through waves, while balcony accommodation brings the passing scenery closer.
Guests can watch Arctic landscapes unfold from the glass atrium lounge and observation areas, browse the library, or relax in the heated outdoor pool, 2 Jacuzzis, and sauna. A gym lets you stay active between excursions. The open-seating dining area serves freshly prepared meals, with tea, coffee, and snacks available throughout the day and night.
Arctic exploration combines Zodiac outings and shore excursions, subject to weather and local conditions. A fleet of 15 Zodiacs and a mudroom with individual lockers support adventures beyond the ship. Onboard naturalists highlight the region’s wildlife and environments through presentations, while the Citizen Science Center encourages deeper engagement with the places you visit. Optional kayaking is available on selected departures.
