L'imbarcazione Horizon 3 accoglie fino a 25 ospiti in 12 cabine con bagno privato. Le cabine sono arredate con gusto e sono tutte dotate di ampio spazio per i bagagli, aria condizionata e due letti singoli o matrimoniali. Gli ospiti possono scegliere tra le cabine Standard, Deluxe o Master Deluxe. Le aree comuni includono il lounge interno, la sala da pranzo e l'area bar con area di intrattenimento e giochi da tavolo. I pasti vengono serviti nella sala da pranzo al coperto o nella sala da pranzo all'aperto con splendida vista panoramiche. Un'ampia varietà di piatti viene preparata al momento e, se richieste con anticipo, possiamo soddisfare tutte le richieste dietetiche speciali. Per il relax, gli ospiti possono scegliere tra il solarium con lettini, materassi e vasca idromassaggio, o rilassarsi con un massaggio terapeutico della nostra massaggiatrice di bordo. Le immersioni subacquee con lo yacht Horizon 3 avvengono tramite un dhoni di supporto di 18 metri; inoltre sono sempre a disposizione 3 membri dell'equipaggio dedicati, stazioni di risciacquo e set-up della telecamera, area di rilevamento delle immersioni e nitrox per i sub certificati. Il dhoni è abbastanza grande da supportare più di 30 subacquei, lasciando ampio spazio a tutti per sistemarsi e per trasportare e immagazzinare gli attrezzi.

Le crociere hanno una durata che varia da 7 a 14 notti e gli itinerari esplorano gli atolli centrali, del nord e del sud. I viaggi offrono la possibilità di vedere mante, squali di barriera, mante, razze, tartarughe e con un po' di fortuna anche gli squali balena. L'equipaggio e le guide subacquee a bordo della Horizon III sono tra i più esperti delle Maldive e hanno più di 15 anni di esperienza nella regione. What a wonderful days with Horizon 3

우선 제가 배에 탑승 전 많은 질문을 이메일로 보냈었는데 liveaboard 측의 빠른 회신과 안내가 정말 좋았어요. 우리팀을 맡아주었던 다이빙 가이드 Yuri는 정말 경험 많고 든든하고 매너 좋고 정이 많은 사람이예요. 저는 이번 여행을 계기로 다이빙의 매력에 푹 빠졌습니다. 저는 김치 없이 못사는 한국인이라 햇반에 라면과 김치도 가져갔는데 여럿이 나눠먹기도 하고 참 좋았습니다. ㅎㅎ 배에 모든 직원들이 참 친절해요. 딱 한가지 조금 신경쓰였던건 연초담배를 많이 피우는데 그건 제가 이해합니다. 왜냐하면 직원들의 몇 없는 낙이니까요... 그래도 좋았던 것들에 비하면 이건 극히 작은 부분입니다. 저는 강력추천합니다. I have been to Maldives many times. However, this trip with Horizon 3 was special and it will be an unforgettable memory in my life. Mostly i really appreciate our team dive guide Yuri and the rest of the crew. Diving: Yuri who's very experienced and thoughtful dive guide, always kept an eye on us and gave us the help we needed at the right time. We've met a bit of a strong current once, but with his help, we were always relieved. And I fell in love with diving through this trip. He took good care of our team until the end. Diving equipment: I rented all diving equipment. There were no problems. Food and Housekeeping : All crews at Horizon 3 were very friendly. Meals and snacks provided three times a day were more or less satisfactory, but served menu in a similar pattern. I prepared extra food and snacks myself That was a great idea. Because 7 nights are not that short. However, the fish barbecue on the island was really good. Housekeeping was comfortable even in a really humid environment as the room was cleaned several times a day and the towels were changed. The time I spent with Horizon 3 was really happy. Thanks to everyone. I highly recommend. You won't regret it with them!!

Very comfortable boat and nice crew

The manta cleaning station in Addu atoll is amazing. We had a couple a good dives in the channels in the Southern atolls where we saw some grey reef sharks. Fish were found in abundance all around the dive sites, as well as turtles, reef sharks etc. The dive guides are very friendly and are good-hearted people that really care about the guests above and below the water. They have a very good knowledge of the dive sites and really enjoy themselves while diving. The boat is very big and comfortable. The saloon guy is always smiling and very kind, he does an amazing job. The tanks just came back from maintenance fitted with brand new valves. The fill were consistently 200 bars with 32% Nitrox which is perfect for the dive profiles in the Maldives. They also received new rental gear (wings BCD, regulators etc.).

Wonderful crew, great food, beautiful dives, some technical glitches

Was on a 7 nights trip of the central atolls. All in all a truly wonderful experience. All the crew- from the bartender to the divemasters- were extremely kind and helpful. The dives were also exquisite, and the diving team very proffesional. The rooms were quite spacious for a boat this size, and the room was cleaned on a daily basis. The common areas of the boat were also nice. The jacuzzi was not working, which I peraonally did not mind. On the downside- we were informed on arrival that there would be no nitrox, as the designated compressor is broken. Without Nitrox, we found ourselves truly edging the borders of NDL with 3 deep dives a day. Also, they had a technical issue with the dinghi, causing them to postpone the third dive of the second day to the day after. All in all, we had a great vacation and I would hearfuly recommend this boat to my friends were the nitrox compressor to be fixed.

Negative experience, cockroaches in cabin bed, skipped highlights of itinerary

The operator of the liveaboard skipped several highlights on the itinerary. They blamed it on bad weather although we had sunny skies and a smooth sea on the entire trip. We had COCKROACHES in our cabin and in our beds. No nitrox available. Our last day was supposed to be “island hopping.” The dive guides told us to go hop on Male island in the city. Very Disappointing experience!

Great manta diving!

Really enjoyed a short getaway to the Maldives and the opportunity for some Manta diving and a "shark- fix". Definitely my best manta encounter so far - very curious mantas that would come and check us out and stay with us for quite a while at times. Great crew and dive guides, they really made the trip worthwhile. And I liked our cabin - one of the nicer ones I have had on a liveaboard and with a lot of storage opps. A few things to watch out for though: book your own domestic flights (a lot cheaper than via the operator); it's a very large boat - 24 divers is a bit much esp. when they only have 3 guides; you need nitrox to be able to do 3 dives a day - they charge quite a bit extra for the nitrox (112 US$ for 16 dives!) and then on most dives at least one of us didn't have a full 200 bars in our tank (this eventually got better); our standard cabin was very nice and had a lot of storage space but some of the main parts of the boat could do with maintenance (broken lounge chairs on the sundeck, some A/Cs not working); before you book it, check that it's the right season - we went end of Dec/Jan and still didn't have the right currents for the type of diving they advertise. Fuvahmulah wasn't worth it at all - no current, no sharks and very poor visibility on the baited shark dive (which also costs extra), Addu was nice actually but it's probably even better with the right type of current.
