Highlights
The Danubio Azul accommodates up to 16 passengers across 9 cabins spread over 3 decks. The Upper Deck offers 2 double cabins with matrimonial or convertible twin beds and ocean views, plus 2 single cabins with private bathrooms. The Main Deck features 2 twin cabins, while the Lower Deck houses three bunk-style cabins with portholes. Every cabin has a private bathroom, air conditioning, and hot and cold water showers — everything you need for a comfortable week at sea.
The dining room, bar, and small library anchor the Main Deck social scene. Al fresco dining and a sun deck on the Upper Deck make the most of the Galapagos sunshine. The Naturalist 8-day/7-night itinerary departs every Tuesday from Baltra and visits an impressive sweep of the archipelago: Santa Cruz, South Plaza, Santa Fe, San Cristóbal, Floreana, Isabela, Fernandina, Santiago, and Bartolomé. Each day brings a mix of guided island hikes, snorkeling sessions, and panga rides led by a bilingual naturalist guide. Highlights include swimming Devil's Crown, spotting giant marine iguanas at Espinosa Point, and summit views from Bartolomé's iconic Pinnacle Rock. Snorkeling gear and wetsuits are included, along with unlimited coffee, water, and tea throughout the voyage.
