- Dive guides and boat crew were amazing - Super friendly, helpful and experienced.. Selection of food was THE highlight, kitchen staff somehow create diverse, tasty and healthy dishes in their tiny kitchen.. Quality of the boat, dive sites, staff etc were far beyond expectations at this price point..

Did not want to leave the boat, could stay on it forever!
I’ve had a wonderful time on the seatopia. We hat 4 meals everyday, freshly cooked and super delicious, mostly authentic Thai cuisine. No one would ever have a rest hungry between the dives. We got very lucky and had very good weather, mostly good visibility and amazing sightings of beautiful fish and even sharks during the night dive. FAQ (which I wish I’d known before) - You dont really need to bring a towel, maybe a towel poncho to throw over directly after the dive, but you’ll have a towel from the boat. - no need to bring earplugs or sea sickness medicine, this also is available (for free) on the boat 👍🏻 - electrolyte mix packages are also available, you don’t need to bring that either. - shampoo and soap are in the showers so no need for that either! I wish I’d known these things before, it would’ve saved me some Luggage room 😂 The guides were all very kind, always open for questions and helping with fish identification, things you want to improve on during your dives and so on. If you have, bring a camera with the casing to do some underwater photography, the dive sites are really worth it to keep those memories 😍

Time flew by very quickly with 4 dives a day and excellent meals in between. Before and after every dive, there is a refreshing drink. Everybody could use a good night sleep in the evening after an exhausting day. The crew is very professional and the atmosphere on board is great. The crew goes the extra mile to make all guest feel at home. There are free snacks and drinks all day and the food is superb!

The diving was just a bonus.
I booked a dive trip on the Seatopia. What I got was something far better — one of those rare trips where everything just works. From being collected at my motel to being returned, it all ran like clockwork. The boat’s modern, spotless, and built for comfort. Cabins are cool, quiet, and air-conditioned, and those hot, high-pressure showers felt like pure luxury. Meals were self-serve buffet style — a fresh, colourful smorgasbord that changed daily and was impossible to fault. The service matched it perfectly: friendly, attentive, and never over the top. The crew ran everything with calm precision and genuine warmth — they always seemed to know what I needed before I did. I was a solo diver, paired with the perfect buddy, and guided by Armso, who nailed the mix of skill, humour, and professionalism. Oh yeah — the diving was pretty good too. Would I recommend this trip? I'm going again.

New boat and good crew, but...
The bad: the double cabin with its own bathroom does not have wardrobes, shelves or drawers, so you have to put everything under the bed. Strong bilge smell in the cabin. The cabins are not cleaned in the 4 days of travel nor are the bins emptied (although signs on the door that can pass). After eating you have to personally collect your plates, glasses and leftovers. If you match rude customers who don't pick up, you'll find the tables always occupied with trash. Unfortunately we coincided with a group of disrespectful customers who got drunk at night screaming until 2 in the morning and leaving the common areas full of garbage. We asked them to call their attention but it didn't help much. If you're a photographer, there's no room to leave your camera or charge batteries like on other boats. The sweetening area of cameras, spotlights and computers is full of masks and snot so you won't want to use it. The good: The boat is new and beautiful. The crew is friendly, attentive and professional. Our guide, Neil, was excellent in and out of the water. The food is Thai and very good. Everything is well organized, including transport. The atmosphere is pleasant.

Unbeatable Value
Great boat built just a year ago which come through very clearly. Everything is nice and well kept. Dive crew are excellent and experienced giving good briefings and keeping track of everyone effectively underwater. Food was just okay, but the diving and crew more than made up for it. Incredible value and great critters on every dive.
