Highlights
New for 2016, and the sister ship to MV Pawara is the Sawasdee Fasai. A custom-built dive liveaboard offering trips to the amazing dive sites of the Andaman Sea between October and May each year. The enormous dive deck on board ensures enough room for the 26 divers onboard, with ample gear storage and kitting-up space. Aboard the Sawasdee Fasai, divers can experience the amazing dive sites of the Andaman Sea and explore the famous dive sites of Richelieu Rock, Koh Bon, Elephant Head Rock, or Koh Tachai in the Similan Islands.
Topside, the Sawasdee Fasai, has 15 air-conditioned cabins catering to a maximum of 30 guests. Located on the main deck are 2 master cabins and 5 deluxe cabins, each with sea views and en-suite bathrooms. On the lower deck are 4 standard cabins with en-suite bathrooms and 4 budget cabins with shared bathroom facilities. There is plenty of room for relaxation with the huge sundeck, outside lounge area, indoor lounge, and refreshment bar.

Well happy with my diving trip aboard Sawasdee Fasai
We enjoyed the hotel pickup and drop-off by an air-conditioned bus that was well organized and at the scheduled time.Our large Master cabin and cleanliness in general on the boat. The atmosphere and camaraderie on board. You have grouped the divers according to their skills and the language spoken. We appreciated that our dive guide was French-speaking.

Would do it all again in a heartbeat!
My partner and I did this Livaboard in Dec 2025 and had the most incredible time. The trip was organised well, the diving was outstanding with great variety, the crew were lovely and helpful, the food spread was delicious with a variety of options (the also catered for dietaries very well). I completed my Advanced course and the instructor / guide (Mici) was absolutely amazing and an awesome teacher. I learnt loads and felt very safe. This was one of the best experiences of my life, thank you to all the crew.

It was the best ship to enjoy in Similan.
It is even more enjoyable to have the staff who helped me to travel happily and comfortably throughout the trip. It has become a diving trip, and I would like to visit again at any time if I have the opportunity in the future.

Wow, what an adventure! From start to finish, this livaboard top is arranged. From the ladies of the kitchen to the boat crew and the divemasters, our compliments to everyone! What a top performers and how incredibly hard they each work. We are super spoiled. The food was delicious, something different every day. Are you vegetarian? No problem! Before your dive, the girls are ready with water, after your dive with a delicious cup of tea and a warm cloth. It doesn't matter what time it is, 06:00 in the morning you get a smile, 23:00 in the evening still a smile. The energy on board was fantastic and we loved every minute of it. Thank you very much again, one to remember and will go with us as a memory that we look back on with a smile. A highly recommended boat.
The boat is spacious, the budget cabins are small but functional. The food is great, the organization and support all around top. The highlight is diving at Richelieu Rock, with really lots of fish. The rest of the dive sites were ok. The visibility was about 10-15m. A normal dive here takes about 50-55min.
