The 23m Marco Polo Liveaboard offers 4/4 and 6/7 day/night dive trips to the Similans, Surin, and Richelieu Rock from November to April. The boat has 6 air-conditioned double cabins with en-suite bathrooms, catering to 12 guests. All cabins open onto the outer deck, giving guests the full benefit of the cool sea breeze. There are only 3 dive groups on board, guaranteeing excellent service, stress-free set-ups, and fewer divers on the dive sites.

After dives, the Party deck offers plenty of room to enjoy meals and relax in the shade. The spacious indoor salon with TV and music station lets guests view underwater footage or listen to music. This is also where all the freshly cooked meals will be served - a mix of international and Thai cuisine prepared by an experienced Thai cook. Upstairs, guests will find the cozy Sundeck, where they can enjoy their time between dives and the sunset after the day's last dive.

Diving takes place at the best dive sites in the Similan Islands, at Koh Bon, Koh Tachai, and Richelieu Rock. With only 12 divers on board, the Marco Polo is very flexible and can schedule more advanced dive sites for the more experienced divers, while others may prefer more relaxed ones. The Plateau and its nearby Pinnacle at Koh Tachai and Koh Bon’s Pinnacle and The Ridge are close to the fantastic Richelieu Rock and are solid components of the Marco Polo's dive schedule. In the Similans, the best dive sites are chosen based on the weather, drift, and traffic to avoid them getting too busy.

The Similan and Surin National Parks trips aboard the Marco Polo is something you have to experience at least once.
This was my third time aboard the Marco Polo and I’m a repeat guest from last year for good reason. The diving in Thailand is amazing and I can’t get enough of Similan and Surin National Parks. The meals between dives are probably the best of any Liveaboard in Thailand.

A Fantastic Liveaboard Adventure
This was my first ever liveaboard snd definitely not my last. The crew was so friendly, The cooks were absolutely incredible and blew me away how they could cook such amazing food on a very rough sea. The dive guides were excellent, anything you were really hoping to see they would do their best to keep a lookout, I was desperate go see octopus and i saw loads! Big thanks to Sidrid for being amazing and Mike for the detailed dive briefings!

The boat is small but with plenty of space, there are never more than 12 guests and that is very nice. The food is delicious and the staff on board are very nice and help you with everything. The cabins are small but with plenty of storage space and very clean. Before diving, they try to find the places where there are fewer other divers. They also take this into account with the dive times. All in all, highly recommended.

A perfect getaway
It was always looked at first how many other boats were on site at the time and what the diving conditions were. Then it was decided in which order to proceed. As a result, it was not too crowded anywhere. The safety aspect was always in the foreground and you felt in good hands. The diving landscape at the Similans is fantastic anyway, if you go there, everything is right.

Marco Polo exceeds expectations
My overall experience was nearly perfect. The crew, the food, and the boat itself have to be to be one of the best options in Thailand. Experienced dive masters and the small dive groups made this one of the best trips I’ve had on a liveaboard.

Good for short live delegations
The Marco Polo is a small diving boat modernized, equipped with about 8 cabins each with AC and private bathroom but you can see the traces of time. Good for short live sessions (3T2N). Staff very friendly and the food was amazing.

Anytime again!!
There was really only one highlight - and that went from the beginning of the trip to the end - it was the liveaboard itself. It was so great that we didn't need manta rays or whale sharks to be happy.

Richeliu is a top 10 in the world for diving, 3 dives there are worth the whole trip, the weather didn't help much and I recommend you to check your equipment before setting sail because I struggled with the size of the fins and the vest

Knowledge dive guides paired with good food make a great vacations
The trip was amazingly organised. We had some little surprises and the crew reacted very well, e.g. the king decided to dive our dive spot and our tour had to re-route. The alternative dive spot was brilliant and not commonly visited. Our boat was the only one which certainly makes a great experience. The timing of the dives was generally planned so that we were rarely in the water with divers from other boats. We had a chance for sunrise and sunset dives. Divers were divided based on experience - beginner, advanced and experienced - and 2 jump groups. We had 3 dive guides - Thomas, Pauline, Maren. The dive guides were very knowledgeable and good in pointing out marine life. The food was amazing - generally one Thai dish and one European dish and both were very good. The crew was very friendly and super helpful. I would recommend this trip anytime. Thank you, Thomas, Pauline and Maren for a great trip.

Truly exceptional start to the year.
Amazing. Beautiful dive sites, beautiful crew, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. My dive master Heide was dedicated to our group at all times to make sure we got the best out of every dive and time together on the boat. The boat crew went above and beyond what I would have expected, even observing how we like our hot drinks served, helping us with all our equipment, making us laugh, keeping us well fed with tasty freshly cooked food and making sure the boat was always spotless. The Captain was calm and confident. Always in touch with other boats to make sure we were safe and if there was something exciting to see, giving us every opportunity to find it. The tour guide Maren was always smiling, attentive and able to answer any question about the dive sites, particularly about fish identification. Although Ralph the second dive master wasn’t my guide, he made himself available to answer questions, made us laugh lots and was simply a really lovely person to spend time with. Wishing all the crew a fun and safe season. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the boat. Sadly I tried to book more nights but it was fully booked. Another time. Chloe

For anyone who looks for quiet enjoyment
Very pleasant and relaxed trip. Very much enjoyed being taken care of by the crew, boat captain did fantastic job assessing weather and timing with other boats so we managed to avoid overcrowding under water.

Great 3 days of diving Richelieu and surround
Richelieu Rock was fantastic. Lots of fish, octopus, eels, sharks, Lovely dawn and dusk dives. Food was fresh and plentiful. The cabins had more space than expected and the ensuite bathrooms are roomy with hot water showers. Plenty of room on deck to share experiences with other divers. The team on the dive deck were incredible, getting everyone quickly and safely in the zodiacs/water, and back on boat, double checking everyone's gear and refill air for next dive,
