The Manta Queen 6 is a 25-meter wooden-hulled liveaboard, offering 6 air-conditioned twin cabins for 12 guests. On MQ 6 you get value for money. Diving all day with friendly and excited guides, super friendly crew and very good thai food. Only if the cabin beds would be a bit softer. The rest was was excpected. Would recommend, richelieux rock is absolutely stunning!

Amazing experience
Amazing trip and blown away by how great the experience was. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and couldn’t do enough to help you. Amazing holiday time
« Fred, do you thing we were professional enough? » I was asked that question by Woody (the trip leader of Manta Queen 6) at the end of this dive trip. Well… I am a professional Master Instructor for 17 years now but this question still gives me pause. This team is aware of the bigger picture, they are able to look at a situation objectively, recognize what is going well or wrong and fix it even in the middle of nowhere in the Andaman Sea. They are good at what they do, they have the knowledge that enable them to do the job well, they won’t just show you what you want to see, they will show you how to find it. Guests don’t realize how this job is exhausting and how painful it can be to work on a boat for weeks with a lack of privacy. But this men and women understood the essence of this job: if you build confidence with client, if you do everything to bring the best comfort and promote safe practice then it can be the best job and the finest experience to share in the world. Anyway, as a simple guest, thanks to all the team for this amazing holyday time onboard of Manta Queen 6.

Great experience, small group and great vegetarian food
This was my first liveaboard and it was an amazing experience. I dived at some very spectacular dive sites, had my first manta encounters and Richelieu Rock was unreal. I enjoyed the small group size. The dive guides always tried to form groups with similar diving levels. I was very pleased with my dive guide Zyn, she is a master at finding macro jewels. The boat is rather small compared to other ships around, which explains the small group size. The cabins are almost tiny so you have to be careful when sharing the space with your roommate. AC was not necessary. One reason I chose this ship was the good vegetarian food. Overall an amazing value for money.

Difficult to highlight something, everything was perfect and vey good organizing, dive guides very professional and ready to answer any question and solve any problem. The crew very friendly and always ready to help, special note for MAMA, she cooked in beautiful way we enjoyed every meal done. Only one point, Maybe the accommodation could be improve.

Amazing days with dive eat sleep &repeat!
Even we didn't see manta and whale shark we had many amazing dives with beautiful underwater landscape and full of interesting marine life from nudibranch garden to trevalis tornado. We just enjoyed every minute of it on deck and down in the deep blue!

They pick you up from airport with min shuttle charges, fun people to be with, easy dives, and food is very delicious. I am a vegetarian and they take care of me. Dive sites are quite good.Though we did not see whalesharks, on average, it is good.

I really liked the dives at Richelieu Rock, the little "underwater naturalist" course, the good Thai dishes on board, the sunsets on the sun desk and the friendly atmosphere. The guides are very friendly and the Thai crew is lovely. Thank you!

Fantastic Trip
Manta Queen 6 provides a great trip to some very interesting dive sites. The boat itself is a little ratty, but for the price point, it works just fine! The food onboard was some of the best I have experienced on a liveaboard, and Damien (the dive leader) was professional and helpful. A wonderful time was had by all!

Overall, it was a nice experience. All employees have done their best to satisfy the guests. Food on board was outstanding. Diving was fantastically beautiful. Kabin was a little too small for two with luggage. But you spend more time on the board :)
