Awesome!
Entirely positive experience! I really enjoyed the diving and the spots we explored and I found that the Similan islands are well worth the trip for Europe. The cruise leader, Steve, is very competent and I appreciated his professionalism, enthusiasm and friendly attitude. I was also particularly amazed by the boat crew and how much they cared for us. From preparing excellent coffee to rushing to help you when they see that you are putting your BCD on, they work very hard to ensure that you have a good time on their boat! My gratitude to Wat, Run, Max, Nu, Nonc, Bom, See and Nok for how much you contributed to make this liveaboard a blast!

Amazing Atmosphere, Great Diving
As a relatively inexperienced diver, I had no idea what I was getting into with my first ever liveaboard. Comms with DAQ was smooth prior to my arrival, and they answered every question I had. The staff were super friendly and helpful, willing to lend a helping hand be it answering questions or getting in and out of dive gear. As the most inexperienced diver on board, I had a tall order "keeping up" with the other more experienced folk on board, given my rustiness and lack of confidence. Big shout out to the whole dive team - especially Fred - for being patient with me and imparting valuable advice and tips that I will do my level best to apply on all future dives. I most certainly stepped off the boat a slightly more assured diver, but I know I have a long way to go on my journey yet. The food on board was amazing, big shout out to Nok and See for keeping everyone on board well fed. Easily some of the best Thai food I've had in my life. I've never gone on a cruise before, let alone a liveaboard and didn't know what to expect in terms of accommodation. The bunk I was in was clean and comfortable. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with DAQ and would recommend it to anyone looking to dive in the Similans.

Would do this trip one more time
Just got back from one of the best liveaboard trips ever—it was a total 10/10 for money! Steve and his crew were awesome, super friendly, and always there to help out with a smile. The food was out of this world, seriously delicious and varied enough to keep you excited for every meal. Our dive guide, Alina, was a real gem. She made sure everyone felt safe and had a great time underwater, always going the extra mile to help out. Plus, the diving gear was top-notch, so every dive felt smooth and hassle-free. Overall, this trip was an epic adventure with great people, amazing food, and unforgettable dives. Can't wait to do it all over again!

I didnt want it to end!
My first liveaboard and i couldn't have picked a better boat and trip. The staff were all so lovely and helpful, the way the whole trip was organised so efficiently, from the hotel collection/drop-offs, to the organisation of the boat and the way each day ran. The food was next level there was no chance of going hungry! The boat was clean, loads of space for us all. I was in a 4 person cabin, 2 x female 2 x male we were all solo travellers and had a great time sharing. No problems plenty of space. I did my nitrox course on the first day and that was really easy to sort with Steve. Very safe boat too. And of course, the diving. Incredible. Nui, my dive guide was the best at spotting nudibranchs and was super chilled underwater. Nice long sives. Very chilled. I would absolutely book this boat again.

If you are an experienced diver, absolutely do NOT hesitate to book the south trip with Deep Andaman Queen. Seriously. This trip is fantastic!
If you are an experienced diver, absolutely do NOT hesitate to book the south trip with Deep Andaman Queen. Seriously. This trip is fantastic. From the very first email everything just clicks. Communication beforehand is spot on, the hotel pickup is right on time with a super friendly driver, the welcome at the pier feels warm and relaxed, and the boat briefing is clear, structured, and actually enjoyable to listen to. Once on board, it only gets better. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are too which is always a win on a liveaboard, Max the barista serves genuinely great coffee, breakfast is well prepared, and the dive briefings are clear, professional, and packed with useful tips. The diving equipment is in good condition, the reefs in the south are in excellent shape, and the crew is incredibly helpful. They will do everything possible to get you into the water and safely back on board with a big smile. And yes, there is a lot of food. And yes, it is delicious. Very delicious. Did I mention there is a lot of it 😉 The only reason I recommend this south trip mainly for slightly experienced divers is the current. It can be strong at times. Less experienced divers might not enjoy that as much, but that really comes down to personal preference. If you like exciting dives and healthy reefs, this trip delivers.

The crew and staff were incredibly professional, fun and expert--I am truly grateful for all of their hard work and efforts to keep us safe, fed, entertained and in the best diving conditions possible
The diving was incredible, despite some bad visibility--the crew made incredible efforts to make sure we had the best (and most exclusive) dive sites, conditions and timing as was possible. The dive crew made sure we were always safe and helped us in and out of the water seamlessly--they were super fun and helpful; the captain was excellent, all drops were perfectly executed and the voyage was super smooth and enjoyable, the ship is very comofrtable. The food was fantastic always--the chef made great efforts to adapt to my non-pork diet, which was super appreciated. Overall, 5 stars for the crew and staff, it was an incredible experience I will never forget! Mahalo nui loa!!

A great experience with a well organised team giving excellent briefings prior to each dive.
I would have to say the highlights were the pristine reef condition within the Similan Island National Park and Richelieu Rock as well as the prolific fish life. This is a very healthy reef supporting a diverse eco system. Best diving is around 15 - 20 metres giving plenty of bottom time to explore.

- Great friendly crew and fellow divers. Dive Master, Steve, was helpful and available for advice. Logistics from pick up at hotel, and return from boat was excellent.
